Pandas!

I saw his eyes widen with pure excitement. I laughed as he almost bolted out of the car.

"Now hang on Babyboy, don't go disappearing around a corner. I do have a plan for us."

"Plan?"

"Yes, we're gonna feed some animals and maybe, if you're a good boy, they'll let you hold a baby panda."

His eyes widened more. I thought they were gonna fall out of their sockets if he kept trying to widen them. I smiled and his eyes went back to their normal size. He smiled back and let out a cute chuckle.

"Now, when I give the man our tickets, we will both get a wristband. When we do get our wristbands, we'll have front row seats to every show. We'll even be able to feed certain animals."

"Wow, I'm really excited Daddy."

"I'm glad you are. I want you to have the best day ever."

Ethan blushed a beautiful cherry blossom pink. He's adorable. I caressed his cheek and kissed his nose. He gave me a chuckle and kissed my lips. I then held out my hand for him to take. His soft hand held on and I led him to the ticket booth. I handed the nice lady the tickets and we both held out our wrists. Ethan looked a little uncomfortable showing her his scared wrist but she gave him a reassuring smile.

"It's okay, They just show every battle you've won. I have them too."

She then lifted her sleeve and showed him her wrist. Ethan tilted his head and looked up at her. He then smiled and thanked the lady for understanding. We then started to walk around and explored the zoo. Seeing zebras, lions, cheetahs, leopards, jaguars, crocodiles, alligators, dolphins, starfish, manta ray, many types of fish, many sharks, jellyfish and even a savannah cat. That's when Ethan saw the sign for the pandas.

"Daddy can we go see them please?"

"Sure Babyboy, let's go see."

I took his hand and we walked over to see the pandas. One rolled down a little slide while one ate some bamboo. Ethan's eyes widened as he saw them playing.

"What do you think Babyboy? Everything you ever wanted?"

"That and more Daddy. This is a dream come true."

I smiled at him and kissed him. That's when a panda made a noise when we parted from the kiss. We both laughed and watched them play. That's when a zoo keeper walked up to us and asked a question that Ethan almost immediately answered.

"Would you like to hold the baby?"

Ethan was about to answer but then hesitated. He looked at me for approval and I nodded yes.

"Yes please?"

The lady smiled and led me and Ethan to a room and pulled up a fluffy chair. Ethan sat down in it and the lady told him to wait there. She then came back a few minutes later holding the most adorable baby panda.I saw Ethan's eyes water and bulge out, he was now the happiest man on earth.

"Oh my goodness, such a tiny baby."

The lady handed Ethan the baby and Ethan almost cried. The panda started licking him and it snuggled up to him. That's when he let out a small aww.

"Would you like to name it?"

"M-me? I can name it?"

"Of course."

Ethan started thinking and then had an idea.

"Can its name be Po?"

"From Kung Fu Panda?"

"Yea."

"You're a genius."
