Izaya turned around with a smirk, eyes dilating with excitement. "Ah, Shizu-chan, lovely day?" Izaya could see Tom standing behind him, making his grin wider, knowing Tom hated him.

"Shizuo, we still got work to do, please try and control yourself."

Nope.

Shizuo stalked up to the information broker, getting right in his face. Izaya gave him a half-lidded gaze, though his smirk remained, and said, "Let me guess, stay out of Ikebukuro?" Shizuo gritted his teeth at him. "I have business here, now-" Izaya patted the blond like he was a pet and chuckled. "Be a good protozoan and go away."

Tom didn't quite understand what was happening right now. Izaya was more daring than usual.

Shizuo's eyes widened in rage, and he took a swing at him, but the raven jumped back. "Izayaaaa!!" Izaya waved and ran off in the opposite direction, and Shizuo didn't hesitate to chase after him.

Tom sighed. "Damn informant."

The two ran through the crowds, and people cleared the area instantly. Shizuo followed Izaya between the local merchant huts and growled when Izaya chose to stop running, turning to face him. Shizuo pushed him into the wall before Izaya could give a smart-ass comment.

"You caught me, Shizu-chan, how rare these days!"

Shizuo leaned forward and kissed the annoying man on the lips.

Izaya almost chuckled. Shizuo couldn't stand hearing his voice when he was teasing, and the only way to control his anger was to kiss him.

"Shut up, louse."

Izaya smirked, allowing his wrists to be held above his head as Shizuo continued to kiss him. This could be a fun game.

Two weeks later.

A sign flew across the street from sunshine 60, and Shizuo gritted his teeth when Izaya smirked as the projectile fell. Shizuo had the day off and planned to relax in his apartment all day or maybe go and get a bite to eat with Tom later, but within the first hour of the afternoon, he got a random text from Izaya.

'I'm in Ikebukuro. Let's see you steal a kiss this time : D'

Even though Shizuo was taken aback by the offer, he thrived on rising to the challenge, and it wasn't like he had a busy schedule. It was only possible for them to interact intimately - if that's what you could call their meetings now - when they were hidden away from the public. They couldn't just walk right up to one another and kiss, could they? Besides, this game had become rather enjoyable for both. Like their cat and mouse chases before, this one had a better prize. It was Izaya's idea. If Shizuo caught him, he could kiss him, and sometimes Shizuo suspected Izaya let him. This was almost an every-other-day occurrence, and nobody suspected a thing.

Izaya sighed and shrugged with his hands outstretched. "You're never going to catch me with that shitty aim!" Izaya laughed. "Poor baby."

Shizuo growled and threw another sign at the informant, who merely stepped to the side. Izaya wouldn't believe it if he told him, but Shizuo had long since stopped trying to hit him with the object. There was just something wrong with kissing someone and trying to hurt them.

Izaya twirled around. "Come and get me." Izaya smirked when Shizuo screamed in rage and ran toward him. Izaya jumped onto a pole skillfully and landed on a rooftop, looking down, daring the blond with his gaze: Think you can chase me now.

Shizuo clenched his fists and could see ways to the roof where Izaya still stood with a smug grin on his face and smirked in triumph. He would reach the top and wipe that grin right off the damn flea's face with his lips.
