Chapter 64

It was the next day and Tami, Tina and I were out and about in town. It was so chilly but since everything was breathtaking here, it was worth it. Every time I blew on my hands, smoke would come out. That's how cold it was.

Tami kept on giving me tons of coats and things to try on and every time I came out of the dressing room, she would shout "we're taking it" in Russian and that was that. I was having so much fun laughing at the things she said or her antics that I didn't even blink an eye at the thousands of money we were spending. She made it so easy with her free spirit. As we went from shop to shop, I just couldn't get over how tall and beautiful the buildings were. We bought coffee and food at the vending carts by the road. I don't know exactly what I ate, but it was delicious.

We were back at the hotel now. Zukile widened his eyes at the shopping bags that Tina and I were carrying then he laughed shaking his head.

Zukile: "My mother is going to be a bad influence on you isn't she?"
Me: "She is not." I denied. He just gave me the 'I don't believe you face' and took the bags from Tina and I with such ease that was not humanly possible and disappeared to the bedroom. Zenande he's not human. Oh yes.

I flopped down on the couch and exhaled loudly. Tina giggled behind her hand.

"Hey don't laugh at me. I'm human okay? So I get tired. I'm not like you guys."

Tina: "Yes yes yes My Queen." I squinted my eyes at her.

Me: "Are you making fun of me?"
Tina: "I wouldn't dare." I pointed my finger at her and she looked down smiling.

Zukile came back.

Zukile: "You have about 20 minutes to rest and change then we're hitting the road." I groaned.
Me: "Oh no."

Zukile: "Oh yes."

Me: "Nooo."

Zukile: "Yesss." I groaned some more. "Who told you to go shopping for hours and hours on end? Huh?"

Me: "It was fun."

Zukile: "I'm sure, with how much money you spent." Oops!
I stood up and went to wrap my arms around his waist.

Me: "Did I spend too much?" I asked nervously biting my lip.

Zukile: "Yes. Too much."

Me: "Umm...well...I-I can pay you back with the money from my scholarship." He burst out laughing and kissed my forehead.

Zukile: "My mate I'm playing with you. What's mine is yours so don't worry about it. As my mother put it, suck me dry." I laughed. "Really, I demand you to."

Me: "Okay, I guess I'll suck you dry then." I said laughing a bit. He held my face and kissed me on the lips.

Zukile: "Good. Now go get ready." He gave my butt a smack.

Me: "Okay." I said on a resigned voice as I went to the bedroom. I heard him chuckling behind me.
