Chapter 3: Is it the one?

What did she get herself into?

After two months, Fuyumi still couldn't find a job yet. She had been job hunting but all the job offers doesn't meet her ends. She felt like the salary's unfair compared to the time she will do work.

So, on her free days, which is a lot of it, she strolled around the town and take pictures. She even got to know some of the people there and sometimes took pictures of them.

Fujio accompany her from time to time when he didn't have school.

"That's a good one," Fujio commented as he pointed to the picture of kids smiling and running around the rice field. Fuyumi took it earlier.

"I think so, too," Fuyumi chuckled and continued to click next on her camera. They are now walking home after going through the neighborhood.

"Ah, this one looks neat, too," the girl said as she showed it to her brother. The teenager frowned and looked at his sister.

"You took a photo of me," he stated as he saw his picture looking up at the sky, and seems like he was deep in thought.

"Yep, you look really good in it," Fuyumi told him.

"That's kind of embarrassing," the male said and scratched his head awkwardly.

"You're embarrassed? Come on, you look great in here!" his sister nudged her and gave him a reassuring grin.

"How about I take a photo of you?" Fujio suggested and the two stopped walking.

"Do you even know how to take pictures?" Fuyumi asked.

"Of course, I watched you many times!" her brother said with a confident smirk on his face.

"Okay, take a picture of me," she said and handed him the camera.

The girl stepped away a bit from him and tried to think of a pose. She just placed her hands on her hips and smiled at the camera. Fujio took a picture with a click on the technology.

"See? It's easy," Fujio told her.

"Let me see," the female said and peeked at her camera. She saw the picture of her earlier, it was a bit dark as she was standing in front of the sunlight.

"I'm against the lighting, though," she commented as Fujio handed her the camera.

"But I did manage to get the picture, right?" Fujio raised his eyebrows and grinned. He was proud of himself as he knows how to use the camera even though it was the first time he laid his hands on it.

"Yes, you did," Fuyumi told her brother and chuckled. The two continued to walk.

"Aneki."
