Fuyumi sat down on her bed inside her apartment. After a long tiring day on her last day of work, she finally went home. Now, she needs to pack her belongings and go back home.
She's been overseas for six and a half years now. She finished high school and college away from her family. The girl got a full scholarship and decided to go and pursue her dream to be a professional photographer.
At first, it was just her hobby. But after a while, it became her passion and dream. Her mother let her go even though they lack financially but Fuyumi insisted that she will find a job to go abroad and study.
She successfully did it.
And now, six and a half years later, she has finally achieved her dreams.
A sudden ring of her phone causes the girl to snap out of her thoughts. She took the phone that was on her nightstand and saw the caller ID that it was her brother.
"Hey, what's up?" she asked as she answered the call. She heard her brother sniffling from the other line. Fuyumi frowned in confusion.
"Come home as soon as possible, aneki."
"W-Why?"
"Grandpa's gone."
