The lights on stage turned a deep blue and balls of fire erupted into the sky. A low base beat dropped into a steady rhythm and suddenly the guys rose from under stage. The fans went wild. Fireworks shot off and the song went into full swing as the guys started their first dance. Yoongi stepped forward as he started rapping. J-Hope and RM rapped with him. It was a new song by the rap line, and the others could be heard in the harmony in the background. The performance was the perfect start to the night. Everyone was hyped.
They came down to the front stage to greet the fans and welcome everyone to night one of their new tour. It had been so long since they had met ARMY together on stage. The smiles on the guys' faces spoke volumes on how happy they were to be back. The next song started and they were back it. Alex couldn't decide who to watch. There was so much movement going on, it was like watching toddlers on sugar. She took her phone out to snap pictures. She didn't want to forget the feeling she felt right then. She truly loved BTS and was never more proud than she was at that moment to be an ARMY.
Yoongi saw her with her phone out and went in front of her on the stage. While he sang he held out a heart with his two fingers and winked right into her camera. She could hear the girls around her scream out in excitement. Any time Yoongi acted cute the girls went crazy. Same my friends, same.
The concert went on. Ji-Hoon had finally set his camera down so he could watch the rest of the concert with Alex. She could have sworn she saw Yoongi watching them towards the end. Afterwards, when the concert was over, Ji-Hoon and Alex headed back to the hotel. They wanted to let the guys rest after their performance instead of filming. Alex was still humming with excitement from the concert and couldn't sleep. She was looking through her phone at the pics and videos she took, reliving all of it. She couldn't believe it had taken her this long to finally get to one of their concerts. There was no way she was missing one ever again!
________
The guys had just finished changing into their street clothes. They were all discussing the concert when RM looked over at Yoongi and noticed he was staring at his phone with an annoyed expression. "What's wrong Yoongi?"
"Nothing." Yoongi kept looking at his phone.
Jimin snuck behind him and looked over his shoulder. He saw Yoongi looking through Alex's Instagram posts. "She looked nice tonight didn't she, hyung?"
Yoongi shut his phone off and jumped up out of his seat to grab a bottle of water. "What do you mean?" He asked, as if he didn't know what he meant.
"Oh, come on, you know what I mean. You were just looking at all of Alex's pics. Why do you seem annoyed?" Jimin goaded him.
"I'm not annoyed." He took a drink of his water and twisted the cap back on. "So, like, are her and Ji-Hoon just friends or are they dating?"
"They're just friends, are you jealous Yoongi?" J-Hope looked at him with a surprised expression from across the room.
"Of course not! I just always see them out doing stuff together." Yoongi explained.
"Well, they do work together for the filming, and Alex doesn't know anyone here, so they became friends from the start." Jin said.
"How do you know so much?"
Jin looked a bit annoyed at him for being rude. "I talked to her about it, I like asking questions instead of being asked questions sometimes. You find out more that way. Don't you ever ask about her Yoongi?"
"I've talked to her," Yoongi said defensively. "I just didn't ask her a lot of personal questions." He sat back down, now more annoyed with himself for acting that way in front of the guys.
RM stood up and clapped his hands, "Alright, no arguments tonight guys, we just had our first concert in a long time. Why don't we head back to the hotel and do a V live for ARMY. They'll be excited to hear from us."
Everyone agreed and gathered up their things to head back. Jungkook went over to Yoongi and slung his arm around his shoulders. "Don't worry about it hyung. Everything is good." He walked him out of the room as they headed for their cars. Jungkook continued quietly so the others couldn't hear, "If you're wondering, nuna is single. Ji-Hoon really is just a friend. She hasn't been in a relationship in a long time. She's waiting for the right person to come along. I asked her when we had dinner the other night."
Yoongi looked over at Jungkook, "You guys had dinner together?"
"Yeah, with me and Tae." Jungkook looked at him thoughtfully, "Maybe you should get your head out of your music here and there, try to hang with her some time. She's really cool to talk to."
"Yeah." Yoongi thought back to the night on the bridge with Alex. They hadn't talked that much, but he had felt comfortable around her. Maybe he should make it a point to get to know her better and start exploring the attraction he was having towards her. If he was getting jealous of her in pics with another guy, it was time to admit to himself that he might actually like her.
