Just in case anyone has any future questions.
The story is not part of the MCU. I am using themes and ideas from it - but it won't be apart of the Multiverse. This is its own separate thing.Who/What she is will be all explained later. But you all gotta wait :))

-----"It's Mickey."
"Oh, tell your stupid boyfriend we're busy." The Doctor rolled his eyes.
Rose still staring at Mickey's message says, "Yeah, he's not stupid after all."
The blonde holds out her phone to the alien. Elizabeth looked over his shoulder to see what was the message. It was a picture of a Slitheen, mid snarl and hunt.
Rose immediately dials his number.
Elizabeth sits down at the table and lays her bag on it. Rose and Mickey are instantly firing questions back in forth as soon as he answers.
"Is that Ricky? Don't talk. Just shut up and go to your computer." The Doctor interrupts the couples phone call.
There was a pause.
"Mickey the Idiot, I might just choke before I finish this sentence, but I need you."
Elizabeth giggles softly and The Doctor narrows his eyed at her.
The Doctor grabs a hold of a device that was sitting on the table. It seemed to be a intercom system. He takes a cord and plugs it into the phone.
"Say it again."
Mickey's voice could be heard through the intercom. "It's asking for the password."
"Buffalo. Two Fs, one L." The Doctor says.
Elizabeth can hear the faint clacking of Mickey's computer as he types in the password.
"So what's that website?" Jackie's voice faintly asked.
Elizabeth was slightly relieved to hear Jackie Tyler. Even though Jackie was just a friend's mom, she needed the comfort of her mother and Jackie was a good substitute for the time being.
She wonders if she could ask The Doctor to help her find her mom or what happened to her mom. She's 98% sure that something bad did happen since the state of the house was in.
But, who knows.
"Password, again."
"Just repeat it again, every time." The Doctor instructs.
"Doctor, I have been thinking." Elizabeth starts. "Why did the Slitheen go and hit Big Ben? What would they gain from hitting an old clocktower?"
"That's exactly what I was questioning!" The alien in the room exclaims.
"You said to gather the experts, to kill them." Harriet chimed in.
"That lot would have gathered for a weather balloon. You don't need to crash-land it in the middle of London." The Doctor says.
