The next day I woke up with a pain in my lower back from sleeping while sitting up in the chair. At some point during the night Mrs Sarutobi had woken up to come and take Kiba and I home and I had completely blacked out.

It was revealed to me that Kiba was the one who carried me to the car and to my house.

Naruko and Menma saw him and I just know I'm not going to hear the end of it from them.

We all stood in the bathroom brushing our teeth as I watched them in the mirror. They exchanged looks to each other and acted as if they were confused to what I was doing but I knew they knew, that I knew.

"Is there a problem?" Naruko asked after rinsing her mouth.

"Seems like it to me." Menma replied while still brushing his teeth.

"I should be the one asking that."

"Huh?" She replied.

"I know you two saw the guy that brought me home last night so go ahead, rub it in. I finally have a friend and blah blah blah."

They both began chuckling as I now looked at them in confusion. I didn't know what was so funny to them but I just knew the teasing was going to follow.

"Naruto that's cool and all, but we know Kiba." She informed me.

"What?"

"Yeah, it would've been a surprise if it was a complete stranger, but we already know Kiba."

"Wait! When and how do you two know him?!"

"Well, he's friends with Hinata and Gaara for starters and whenever we go out he's always there in the friend group." Menma explained after he rinsed his mouth.

"How come I'm just knowing about this?!"

"Because you don't exactly pay attention to things, also you're dense." Naruko smirked, poking me in my forehead. "But that's why we love you."

"So wait, that means Kiba was the guy that you've been fighting with all this time?" Menma asked.

"Yes! I've literally mentioned his name before."

"So? There are plenty of people named Kiba in Konoha." He replied.

"That go to my school?"

"I don't know. What do I look like? A teacher taking attendance? He goes to your school, not mine."

"Alright, dense brothers calm it down before mom and dad hear us." Naruko hushed us. "What's the big deal about it anyway Naruto?"

"What big deal?"

"The deal of you bringing it up? You know cause you're acting weird because Kiba brought you home and we saw him."

"There's no big deal."

Crap! Why did have I to make such a big deal about it like this, they weren't even going to ask about it. I could've literally not have had this whole conversation.

They looked at each other before just shrugging it off.

"Stay in school bro." Menma joked as he patted me on the shoulder and we all exited the bathroom.

They weren't too ecstatic about me having my first ever friend, but I didn't mind that, it wasn't a big deal after all. I'd say Kiba and I weren't your average set of friends, but that still didn't make us any less of friends.
