Rizi and the team reached her villa around 11 pm after dropping Elder Song to his home.

She had a spare key. She lightly unlocked the main door to avoid making any sound and tiptoed inside.

Her heart warmed at the scene in the living room.

In a living room, the dim yellow lights were glowing, creating a gentle and homely atmosphere.

Three figures fell asleep on the sofa. On t.v, avengers movie was playing on the mute mode.

Jason was sleeping on the couch in the sitting position. his head rested backward and legs stretched out on the coffee table.

On his left side was Leo covered in a white fleece blanket, his head was rested in Jason's lap. Jason has his one arm on Leo's shoulder as if he was caressing him before the sleep.

His other hand held Sara who was on his right side covered in another blanket.

She had her head rested on his chest and her one arms wrapped around his waist. She had snuggled into his embrace.

Zack and Abby smiled at such a cute scene.

"Looks like three of them have fallen asleep watching the movie," Zack whispered.

Rizi shushed him. "Don't Talk. Jason is highly alert. He will wake up."

Zack nodded in understanding.

"You guys go and rest in the guestrooms. I will carry Leo."  Rizi spoke and motioned them towards the guestroom.

Abby and Zack left. They were tired and needed rest.

Rizi tiptoed near the sofa and squatted down.

She decided to carry Leo to her room so that Jason and Sara can rest comfortably.

As soon she raised her hand to remove Jason's hand from Leo's shoulder.

Her hand was gripped tight. She widened her eyes and saw a blue eyes staring at her with killer intent.

"J.. it's me," Rizi whispered gently.  She knew he was still in his dazed state.

Jason was sleeping soundly.
But as soon he heard footsteps approaching him, his mind was alert.

His instincts kicked in.
As soon as he felt somebody trying to move his hand from Leo's shoulder, he gripped the hand tightly and opened his eyes.

Seeing Rizi's face, he loosened his grip immediately, "I am sorry Zi." He whispered.

Rizi shushed him signaling towards Sara and Leo. They both were sleeping soundly.

She spoke in an extremely light voice, "It's ok. Let me carry Leo to the room. You can carry Sara. See you in the morning."

Jason nodded and removed his hand from Leo's shoulder.

Rizi carried Leo in her arms. Feeling her mother's warmth, Leo snuggled into her embrace.

Jason slowly stood up from the sofa, picked up Sara, and carried her in princess style towards his bedroom.

He laid her on the bed along with him and pulled her into his embrace.
Sara moved near him and hugged him closely. Jason covered both of them with a blanket, placed a quick kiss on her forehead, and slumbered off to sleep.

The next morning,

Rizi felt something wet on her cheeks. She smiled with her eyes still closed.

She knew it was no one other than her baby giving her good morning kisses.

Leo giggled thinking his mama was still sleeping. He was about to place one more kiss on his mama's cheek suddenly he heard.

"Boo-yah!" Rizi opened her eyes and tried to scare him.

Leo rolled his eyes. "What mama! This is an old trick!"

Rizi was stupefied. Her son is not even scared of anything. "Huh. You little brat. Now tickle monster will show you." She moved her fingers on his tummy and started tickling him.

Leo laughed and giggled. "Mama.. he...he... he... Mama, it is tickling... Tickle monster please stop it..!"

Leo continuously laughed and tried to tickle her mama in return. But he was indeed small to win against her.

Rizi laughed as well. After a while, she stopped tickling and pulled her son in her embrace and kissed his forehead. "My baby!" She squeezed him and kissed him again.

"Mama am hungry!" Leo commented rubbing his hand on his stomach.

"let's get freshen up first and then see what Aunt Maria is cooking!" Rizi carried him to the bathroom.

While she was helping him brushing his teeth. Leo asked suddenly. "Mama, can I ask you a question?"

"Yes, baby?"

"Mama where is my Daddy?"

Rizi was shocked. Leo had never asked him such a question in the past.

There was a silent agreement between mother and son.

"Um. What happened?" Rizi questioned hesitantly.

"You know Daddy can help me if my rare blood group matches his. You know that right?" Leo explained seriously.

Rizi's chest tightened.

Leo was so mature at his age.

He knows about his illness as he himself was researching the details.

Her eyes welled up with tears.

She hugged him tightly, and sniffled, "There is no Daddy baby. He doesn't know about you. There is only you and Mama. Mama promise that you will be cured and treated very soon. Soon you will go to school and leave a normal life like other kids. Is that ok with you?"

Leo nodded. "Mama. Don't cry. Leo doesn't need a daddy. I read about it so I just asked it out of curiosity."

"It's ok baby. Let's get you showered quickly. Then we have a meeting with Master David later today." Rizi caressed his back lovingly.

Her heart was in turmoil. Indeed, Zain Bennetti can help them but asking for his help is equivalent to giving up her son to him. He will try to take him away once he will know about his son's existence. That bastard is indeed capable of doing that.

Leo was her life and strength. Her sole purpose of living and fighting. She cannot give him up. Selfish it may sound. She has other plans in place if there is no option left. As of now, she and Jason have contacted the best medical team from overseas for Leo's treatment. So far, Doctor Mills has given a positive response. They might get a donor soon.

Leo's acute leukemia will be cured soon.

She will not lose hope.

She will try everything in her power for her son.
