After they left Death Town, it was silent. Nobody said anything for a few minutes until Felix said, "So you two know the town?" Cotton sighed and said, "Yep. That's our hometown. The people there are really nice. But they get really protective when something is going to destroy their town." "That's true," Carry said. "One time, things we call heats came in and gave our town a really bad name. That was the time before they let William through," Cotton said. "Oh. That must've sucked... What's a heat?" Felix asked. Cotton and Carry looked at each other. "Erm... It's better if you don't know what a heat is," Cotton said. "Yeah..." Carry agreed. "Aw, come on! I'm 15 now! Why can't I know?" Felix argued.

Cotton and Carry didn't say anything. But Felix kept protesting. "Alright, alright. Basically, our people were created not by the Goddess of Creation and Destruction. But by our god, Luni," Cotton said. "Luni?" asked Felix. "Yes. Luni. He was created along with the Goddess of Creation and Destruction," Carry said. "Really? Why?" asked Felix. "There are different species. The God of Creation and Destruction is in charge of animals and people you normally see. Luni is in charge of the 'Gacha' people," Cotton explained. "So then... What is a heat?" asked Felix. "A heat is a type of Gacha that gives the Gacha people a bad name. There are more, too," Carry said. "Like what?" asked Felix. "Toxics. Heats and Toxics are the two main bad ones. Robloxians, Minecrafters, and a lot more have those kinds of bad people, too," Cotton said. "Oh..." Felix said.

The journey was silent for a while before Felix said, "But wait, if Luni is a god, why can't he get rid of the bad Gachas?" "Well... there's someone else. But no one knows their name. They started the whole bad Gacha thing. And ever since then..." Cotton said. "Oh. But still, why can't he?" Felix asked. "He can't because it's nearly impossible to locate them. They always manage to come out when Luni isn't paying attention. Then they hide and don't come back out," Carry said. "Okay... So have any been caught?" asked Felix. "Yeah. When some come out, some of the stronger Gachas are out, too. Causing those bad Gachas to get arrested," Cotton said.

Felix was silent for a bit longer, then said, "But I thought you were created by the Goddess of Life and Death and you were made male?" Felix asked Cotton. "Yeah... That was a lie. Us Gachas can change our gender and how we look whenever we please. Which is why I can change so quickly," Cotton said. "Oh. I see... So do you know how the gods and goddesses came to be?" Felix asked. Cotton and Carry laughed. "No, we don't. We don't know the answer to everything. Just a lot of things," Carry said, smiling.

The ride was pretty quiet after that. There wasn't much to talk about, anyways. Then Felix saw something out of the corner of his eye.

"Stop the wagon!" Felix yelled. Cotton stopped the wagon. "Did something fall out?" Cotton asked as Felix got out of the wagon. "Carry, stay here and guard the wagon. I'm gonna go after Felix," Cotton said as he got out.

Felix walked to what he saw and Cotton caught up to him. "Did something fall out?" Cotton asked again. "No, no. I just... saw something moving," Felix said as he inched closer to what it was.

When Felix moved the bushes, he saw someone curled up in a ball, as if they were hiding. Cotton seemed to recognize them because he said, "Void! What are you doing here?" Void looked up at Cotton with his eyes covered by his hair, tears falling down the center of his black as night face, and covering his mouth with a leaf. Cotton crouched down to Void and said, "Void, what happened?"

"I-I went to a-a vil-village and they attac-attacked me," Void said, as Cotton wiped his tears and moved the leaf from his face. "It's good to see at least half of your face once in a while," Cotton said with a reassuring smile. Cotton then helped Void up.

When Felix saw Void's face, he gasped. Void looked away in shame. "No, no! It was a good gasp! I've never seen anything like it! Your teeth look awesome!" Felix said. "Really?" Void said in shock. "Of course! They look really sharp! They must be powerful!" Felix said. "Well... I do have a strong jaw. And these teeth are pretty sharp..." Void said. "Awesome!" Felix said, obviously interested.

"What's your species?" Felix asked as they were walking to the wagon. "Hm? Oh! Minecrafter and Gacha," Void said. "Mine... crafter...?" Felix said in confusion. "Yep! Basically, I can punch trees with ease, and craft stuff. So you see this log I have?" Void said as he pulled out a log from an oak tree. "Yeah..." Felix said. "Watch this," Void said. Void then crafted the oak log into oak wood planks. "And now, I can turn these planks into sticks," Void said as he crafted some of the planks into sticks. "Now I can turn them into a sword, pickaxe, shovel, ax, or a hoe!" But first... I need a crafting table. Then Void made a crafting table right in front of Felix. Then he made a wooden sword and a wooden pickaxe.

"That's so cool!! How'd you do that?!" Felix said in amazement. "Uh... I've been able to do this since like... I was born," Void said. "It's an ability he has because of his species," Cotton said. "I don't know much about him, but I've heard stories from Cotton," Carry said. "Ah," Felix said.

"Anyways... What were you doing in the forest by yourself, Void?" Cotton asked. "Some people are on the hunt for me..." he said, looking out of the wagon worriedly. "Why?" Carry asked. "I have a bounty on my head," he said. "What did you do?!" Felix said, fascinated by this. "I'm not sure, actually... I just woke up one morning to a bounty on my head," he said. "But how do you not know?" Felix asked. He glanced at Cotton, who was directing the oxen. Cotton looked like he knew something.

"Cotton... Do you know what happened?" asked Felix. "Uh... Maybe... I'm not 100% sure though..." he said. "What do you mean?" asked Felix. "It could be the Toxics again... They have a habit of creating like a fake version of us and framing us and stuff..." Cotton said. "I know. That's why I've been on a mission to regain my status," Void said. "And that's why you were in the forest?" Carry said. "I was hiding from some bounty hunters," Void said.

"But can't you turn stuff to gold?" Cotton asked. "Yeah... But I prefer to not use it on people unless I absolutely have to," Void said. "Makes sense..." Carry said.

After that, the ride was pretty silent. They didn't run into any trouble, thankfully. But Tara was still a problem and Cotton didn't have anything to fully kill the demons because Cotton still needs access to the special weapons. So they had to do what they could to keep safe whenever a demon approached. They didn't want any trouble, so they had to keep going, even through the night. So Cotton and Void took turns guiding the oxen. Cotton took the day shifts, and Void took the night shifts.

No one had anything to say, so the journey was quiet for days. Until they reached the Aurora Kingdom, that is. There, chaos unfolded and almost cost everyone's lives.
