"Knock knock!" The brown-haired nurse calls out as she knocks on the door in unison. The door creeps open and she peeps her head inside. "Ready to head back to your room?" She opens the door a bit wider and rolls the chair inside.

I yawn slightly and sit up on my bed. She helps me onto the chair like she did yesterday and we make our way back to my room.

Looking around, I can't help but notice how empty it is. It's the morning. I'd expect it to be busy with nurses and patients. Not that I want to see them anyways.

"I had everyone wait in their rooms or in the staff room before we left. After seeing how freaked out you got last night I figured this would be best." She smiles as I turn to look at her a bit shocked. She did that for me?

"I hope that it'll help you settle in better...I really think you would make a good addition to the village once you come around." She opens the door to the room and slowly wheels me in.

Does she really want me to become apart of the village? Why? I guess it's nice to know someone's interested in me...but...

"Kakashi-San should be here in a couple of minutes. I know you probably won't be willing to talk just yet. And I'm sure he realizes that too. So maybe try to get used to him being around before you answer his questions. Besides he is the one that's going to be looking after you for these last few months." She says the last part a bit softer. As if there's a reason it's only a few months and not longer. I get a quizzical look, but don't investigate the matter further.

"Alrighty let's get you back in bed. Sound good?"

I nod and let her hoist me up onto the bed. The burning on my back never leaves, but I try my best to hold strong and not let my emotions show.

After resting me on the nest of a bed, she looks over me with a glistening sparkle in her eyes. "I can't wait till you gain the confidence to talk. I bet your voice is as beautiful as the rest of you. I'm sure we could probably become best friends." She gives a nod and turns to wheel the chair out.

     Best friends?

"I'll bring breakfast after Kakashi-San finishes his visit." Opening the door a little wider to fit the chair through, she turns around and waves. I find myself slowly raising my hand, but don't wave. Just let it hang there. I'm not too sure if I should be getting so friendly so soon. Though, even if I can't trust everyone else, I'm starting to grow on this nurse.

She giggled excitedly at seeing me give her a response. "I'll see you later! Have fun and try to enjoy Kakashi's presence. He can be a little more awkward than you at times, so I'll apologize for his sake ahead of time." She waved once more before closing the door excitedly. A wide grin still plastered on her face through the window as she walks away.

I can't help but smile slightly too before turning my attention out the window and watching the kids play on the playground. The boy from yesterday is gone. I hope he's alright. I remember the solitude of loneliness and how it affected me... my smile fades quickly as my mind wanders. Even when I think back to my clan, all I can remember is being looked down on. I can't recall why. But I must've been more of a burden than the jinchurikis because they even looked at me with disgust and pity. I think back to yesterday when Kakashi gave me that same look. I guess being weak just follows that look of empathy.

A soft knock emanates from the door. I turn to see the same bouncy, spiky, silvery hair man through the window. He squeaks the door open and looks inside. His one visible eye curiously peeping up at me. Quickly, he gives a small smile and waves a peace sign, "yo".
