So this occurs after 'What is your favourite movie?' You have to read it first to understand what will happen in this chapter.
The Seven, Matilda, Kassandra, Brianna, Heather, Nico and Calypso hurriedly ran to the Big House with worried looks on their faces to inform Mr D and Chiron about the suspicious incident that had happened when they were answering the question. When they knocked on the door of the Big House (is there a door?), no one answered and Calypso frowned, worried that something might have happened to Mr D and Chiron. She slowly cautiously opened the door and was shocked to see that they were not there. The 13 of them walked in and Annabeth, observant as always, spotted a piece of paper on the table. She took it and read it out.
"Hermes flashed Chiron and Mr D to an emergency meeting at Olympus just now. Do not be afraid that they had gotten kidnapped or something. They will be returning tomorrow as we have a lot to discuss. Thank you. -The Gods"
When the 13 of them found out about this, (can someone please give me a short form for the 13 of them.) they knew that they had to do something by themselves as someone could be spying on Camp. They were walking to Percy's cabin when they realised that the camp was eerily silent. There were not many people out training. As the only thought that was on their minds was about the possibility of someone spying on them, they shrugged it off and walked faster. Suddenly Travis and Conner saw them and shouted for the 13 to go to them. Matilda looked at them, coming up with a theory that maybe, just maybe, someone wasn't spying on them. Maybe it was the Strolls trying to scare them.
Nico angrily growled, "leave us alone, will you? We're in a hurry." A few crack lines started to form on the ground and he quickly composed himself, not wanting what had happened last time to happen again.
The Strolls were stunned. They went after the 13 trying to make them stop for a while. Matilda, who was lagging behind, stopped and said to the others to stop too because if they keep doing that, the Strolls will be wasting more of their time. The others stopped too, some putting their hands on their hips in an annoyed manner. The Strolls were glad that the 13 had finally stopped running hunched over and put up one finger, indicating that they need a minute to rest and cast their breath.
Annabeth's stormy grey eyes looked at them impatiently and tapped her foot while she waited. She sensed that they had something important to tell them, but nothing could be more important than solving this mystery. Right?
Travis straightened his back and said," the camp has something to give all of you."
The 13 of them looked surprised, especially Kassandra, Matilda, Heather, Brianna and Calypso since they have not done anything to save Olympus or even been on a quest before.
"Well," continued Travis," it was supposed to only be for the Seven and Nico but since Kassandra and Brianna are Hazel and Nico's halfsisters, we decided to give them too otherwise Nico and Hazel would not accept their gifts. As for Calypso, you are Leo's girlfriend and Matilda, Percy's sister and Heather's your best friend so we gave one to her so that she would not be left out." After finishing he took some items out of his pocket with a flourish.........
