Chapter 13. 나 좀 내버려둘까?

The breeze brushed my hair out of my face. It wasn't cold. It's just autumn after all. I walked through a busy street. Not having much to do. My exams were over, and the teachers told me to rest a bit. So. Yeah. Wait, is that? I stopped dead in my tracks and squinted my eyes trying to recognize the person. Oh shit. It's Imoogi great. Uh, hide? Run? Or do anything stupid? 

" Hey Y/N! "

I ran for it. Good choice right? 

" Woah! "

Imoogi grabbed me before I fell. I looked up at him shock waves were killing me. 

" Are you okay? "

He asked slowly letting me go. 

" I am- fine. Thank you. "

He smiled and cocked his head sideways.

" Do you... want to get Boba together? "

 Oh his so kind. My lifesaver. 

" Yes, please! I need it so badly right now... "

I replied bouncing up into life. Oh shut up! Don't tell me I am the only one who is obsessed with Boba. 

" Oh by the way, What's your name? "

He stopped for a while and spoke.

" Um, you can call me whatever you want. I don't have a name. "

I looked at him with concern. This poor thing... I am going to give him a pretty name!

" How about Dal? It has the symbol of good fortune. And it'll look cute on you! "

I said. 

" Really? Do you think that name suits me? Thanks. Everyone says I am the dark lord or dead dragon. "

I felt my heart go down and heal as I heard him. He had a bitter smile on his face. I stood on my toes and gave Dal some pets on the head. He looked shocked. 

" I don't care what others say about each other. Meaning even if my close friends say you are evil I won't listen. And if you say my friends are evil I won't listen. I know it's weird but trust me it's better. "

I chuckled and got down again. 

" Come on let's go get some Boba. "

I dragged Dal to a nearby shop. I paid even though Dal didn't want me to. 

" It's no big deal. "

I waved it off. 

" Thanks for the Boba and the new name Y/N. "

He said.

" I told you it's no big deal~! Friends do this thing all the time! "

I said. Weirdly enough, I never do stuff like this for my friends. I don't go out with them nor do I talk to them first. They're just my tools to look less scary and crazy. 

" I don't have any friends so yeah. I have no idea how to do anything. "

I chuckled at him. Just then my phone rang. Lee Rang. 

" Hello? "

" Y/N what are you doing? Are you with the snake bitch? "

" Um, his Dal now. I named him. And yes why? "

" ARE YOU CRAZY?? HAVEN'T I TOLD YOU HIS OUR ENEMY- "

I hung up. 

" Told you I don't listen. Okay, so you don't have many friends like me? Well, say no more! I am here. "

My phone started to ring again. Lee Rang. Oh my god. I didn't answer this time. I am busy. 

I talked to Dal for a few hours. And honestly, I have no idea why they say he's evil. He was sweet. I grabbed my phone and called Lee Rang.

" Hey, Rang- "

" DID YOU SEE 35 MISSED CALLS??? "

I pulled my phone away from my ear. He yelled at me for 10 minutes straight. 

" I am sorry. But he was a lot sweeter than you said! What am I supposed to believe? "

I asked whining a bit. I heard Rang sigh and I laughed. 

" Where are you? "

" I don't know. "

I replied. Even though I knew perfectly where I was. 

"You're a bad liar. "

I jumped and turned around. 

" How did you do that! How did you find me? "

" I am a nine-tailed fox! What can I not do? "

He chuckled. I rolled my eyes at him and smiled.

" Maybe...  "

I admitted. 

" So I see you two got Boba. "

He said. 

" HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT?! "

I screamed. He chuckled. 

" I can smell it. "

In response, I walked over to him and scratched his head. He's reaction was... 1. Shocked and backs away 2. Glaring at me 3. Letting me touch him

"You're more like a puppy than a fox. "

I said curiously. 

" I am not a dog. Besides, you are more like an alien than a human. Look at you. "

He said bitterly. I smiled. 

" What? I don't feel anything about touching guys. My best friend and I always hug and touch. I don't see why it's so weird. Besides your my friend along with Dal. "

" That snake bitch is nobody's friend. "

Rang said coldly. I rolled my eyes at him. 

" Whatever Rang. "

I shrugged and started to walk to my house. 

" Where do you think you're going? "

" Home. "

" Who said you can go home? "

" I have nowhere to stay rather than home! "

" Suo wants to play with you. So come on. "

Rang grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards his car. 

I went to school as I should. Monday. The start of a new week. Fuck I hate it. Everyone stared at me and laughed. What the hell? 

" Why are you staring at me? "

" How many sugar daddies do you have? "

" Sugar daddies? What are you talking about? "

I moved through the students and looked down at the picture everyone else was looking at. How did they... The first picture was of me and Dal talking. And the next one was me petting Rang's head. I took a picture of the proof quickly. 

" I am calling the cops on this. Whoever has done this will pay. "

I warned and walked out of the class kicking the door open and going to find the principal.
