XIII - both sides

As soon a Nick walked away my phone rang. To my delight it was Foolish. I ran to my stream room and answered his call on my pc. I texted Karl so he would know I was talking to Foolish.

"Hellooooo" I answered his call smiling.

"Helloooo Melanie." He mimicked back.

"What's up?"

"You already know what I want Mel."

I laughed and launched riot client.

"What rank are you." I asked

"Diamond 2."

"PAHH. Im diamond 3 suck it."

"Woah woah woah settle down."

"Sorry sorry." I laughed.

"I'm gonna stream is that okay with you?" He asked.

"Yep that's fine with me." I smiled.

I played a match without Foolish as he started stream and after 10 minutes he was finally ready.

"Everyone say hi to Melanie she's gonna be playing with me today." Foolish looked really excited which made me happy.

"Hi chat."

As soon as we found a match Foolish auto locked omen.

"BRUH THATS NOT FAIR I WANNA PLAY OMEN."

"Snooze you lose. That's payback for being mean earlier." Foolish laughed.

"Whatever i'll play Jett and top frag."

"Okay sureeee."

After the game our team won and I ended up top fragging.

"HA YES."

Foolish and I played several matches and I was talking to chat quite a bit which was fun. It made me really excited to have my first stream soon. We were about to queue for another game when Karl yelled for me to come eat dinner.

"Oh shoot Foosh i gotta go get dinner with Karl. I'll call you later though."

"Okay see ya later Mel."

"Byeeee, Bye chat." I ended the call, took my sweatshirt off cause I was sweating from playing valorant, and ran into the kitchen. Before I got to the kitchen I heard Nick and Karl whispering.

"Get ready to owe me $20 in the morning." Karl boasted.

"No way dude, i'm not gonna sleep with her tonight. You're the one whose gonna be paying up."

Did they make a bet about me? That Nick and I would sleep in the same bed together? Oh my god. I would be annoyed but i'd also love to see Nick lose a bet. I pushed my boobs up a little so they'd be out more and I put myself in flirtatious mode.

I walked into the kitchen and immediately saw Nicks eyes go down and then up. I smirked at him and made myself a plate of food. Karl and Nick cooked spaghetti and meatballs.

"Aww this looks so good guys!"

"Thanks it was all me." Karl laughed.

"Woah woah woah I also helped." Sapnap said defensively.

"Whatever let's just eat i'm starving."

We all ate dinner in the living room while watching an amine that Nick insisted on watching. It was pretty good. During dinner I kept seeing Nick look over at me. I wanted to make him lose the bet but I didn't want it to be obvious that I knew about it.

Sapnap POV

Melanie was wearing the most low cut shirt i've ever seen and she kept looking at me during dinner. Could she make it any more obvious that she wanted me.

She then suggested we watch a scary movie. I agreed even thought I absolutely hate horror. Melanie picked a movie called The Shining and I had to try my best to act tough. I was sitting in the middle of Karl and Melanie.

About 30 minutes into the movie Melanie got up and went to the bathroom I assumed. When she came back she sat down right next to me. Even closer than she was before. I decided to put my arms up and around her. I put my arm around Karl too so he wouldn't be suspicious.

There was a jump scared in the movie and all three of us screamed. Melanie shoved her face into my chest which made me smile.

"Jesus christ that was so scary."

"What the honk Mel you're the one who suggested this movie."

"I know i'm sorry." she laughed.

I pulled her in closer for the rest of the movie and several more times there was a jump-scare and she'd hug me really tight. It was the cutest thing in the world.

The movie finished around midnight and Karl had already gone to bed. I didnt want to move from my position with Melanie so I suffered through the whole movie.

We both got up and Melanie looked super tired.

"Come on let's go to bed."

She nodded and we walked towards her room. I stopped outside her door and gave her a hug.

"Goodnight Melanie, I had a lot of fun hanging out today."

"Me too." She smiled.

I began to walk back towards the couch when she grabbed my hand.

"Wait. You can sleep in here if you want."

"No it's okay Mel I can take the couch."

"Nick..."

The way she said my name and the look she was giving me made me melt. I had to give in.

"Fine but respect each other's personal space okay?"

"Okay." She pulled me into her room and closed the door.

We both got into bed under the covers on our own side and she turned off the light.

"Goodnight." She mumbled already half asleep.

Fuck I owe Karl $20.
