Vi's POV

I was sitting in my maths exam, my first exam of many sadly, I hate exams, my memory is terrible, and I've only just learned all of this made-up nonsense.

I looked at the time to see I had only ten minutes left, so I read over the last question again and started working out the answer. By the end of the question, I only had two minutes to go over every.

I double-checked all my answers and corrected a few numbers that could be mistaken for others with my handwriting before the examoner told us to stop and to leave the hall.

I went into the hallway to start making my way to Caitlin's tutoring class when I saw Jinx waiting for me. "Hey Po-Jinx." I said with a small smile. "Hey Vi, how was your exam?" It was strange hearing Jinx actually take an interest in me again. It's been months since she started her delinquent phase, as Cait called it.

"It went okay, I think. The last question was really hard. But I'm not going to worry about it anymore it's done now." Jinx smiled, and I held my arms out for a hug. She leaned into me, and I hugged her tight. "Do you want to talk about what's been going on?" I asked, which made Jinx tense. "It feels like I'm losing my sister. You've never had a girlfriend before."

I held her tighter and sighed. "Jinx, you are my sister. Nothing is going to change that, and I really like Caitlin. She's been so supportive and there for the both of us. She doesn't replace you, Jinx." She smiled at me and played with my hoddie strings. "Okay Vi, I believe you. But please spend more time with me?" I nodded at her request and replied with. "Please ditch these delinquents. They are too old to only want you as a friend." Jinx nodded and let go of our hug. "I promise." She smiled before we raced each other to Caitlin's tutoring room.
