XV - Halloween CosPar 2/X

Today is the second day of the Halloween costume party. And this year's second day costume party them is 'sporty' costume. And so, I decided to be a cheerdancer. Or whatever you call those who cheer.

I am wearing a black skirt. A short one.

I smirked to myself.

Payback time for what you did yesterday, Professor Sanders.

I just got here sa University like minutes ago. Zeke isn't with me now nor earlier nang papunta pa here sa school. Nauna na kase ang gurang. Joke. But yeah, she went here earlier than I did because she needed to finalize her agenda plan for tomorrow.

Passing projects and what not before the break.

Zeke also does not also know what I an wearing today. Or she does? I do not really know. I also don't remember if I told her about what I will wear today.

Bahala na, isang rap lang naman matatanggap ko from her later.

"La-a!" I heard from afar. "Dito, La-a!"

I turned to where the voice come from. Tarantadong mga abno. Nasa food testing stall ba naman nakatambay.

Food tasting/testing booth are pastries that one course is trying to test for their upcoming bakery.

And of course, roon naka tambay ang mga kaibigan ko.

I shook my head and marched my way there. "Hoy, kayo. Baka't kayo ang makaubos niyang mga pang test nina Ana, ah." Sita ko sakanila.

"Luh, 'di, ah!"
"Sus, no, 'no."
"Grabe ka, La-a."

Those were the responses that I got from them.

"Sus, kayo pa?" Pagtawa ko sakanila. "Ana! 'Wag mo na 'tong bigyan 'tong mga 'to!" I turned to where Ana was.

Ana is a Culinary student. She's our friend since she's Irene's cousin. But she's not in our circle ng lang.

"Hi, La-a!" She greeted me when she got to where I was. "Okay lang, 'no! Marami narin naman na ang naka tikim nitong mga gawa namin. And so far... Goods naman ang feedbacks."

"So go na ang bakery niyo?" I asked excitedly.

"Hmm, parang like that na nga."

"Ayun, oh! Congrats in advance, Ana!"

"Luh, siya. Soon pa naman... I'm still waiting for my dad's approval. But thanks!"

"I'll surely go tambay there. Malapit lang dito sa school niyo ipapatayo,  right?" She nodded. We talked for a long bit before it was cut off when one student approached me and told me na pinapatawag daw ako ni Professor Sanders.

After a few minutes of walking to my professor's office, I finally arrived. I knocked thrice on the door and opened the door after hearing a "come in", from the other side of the door.

"You called for me?" I asked, innocently. Naglakad naman ako patungo sa coach ng opisina niya at naupo roon, crossing my legs.

"What are you wearing?"

I can hear from her voice that she was frustrated for some reason but I chose to stay innocent even though I know why she's like this. "What? I'm a Cheer Girl, Professor." I said, acting dumbfounded with her question.

"You know na hindi kita pinapaki-alaman sa mga sinusuot mo, Sze, but anlalagkit ng mga tingin ng mga tao sa'yo." Aniya at ibinagsak ang ballpen sa lamesa niya. "It makes me want to— ugh!"

I giggled mentally at tumayo at nagtungo sakanya. I sat down on her lap, facing her, straddling her. "You don't need to worry about it, Zeke, it's you lang naman that I want." I said while fixing her baby hairs.
