Chapter 6

Maya's POV

I walked into Riley's apartment and went to the fridge to get a water. I got my water and sat down at the table. I can't believe he did that! Ugh. Worst part is, I liked the kiss.

"Hey Maya." Joshua said snapping me out of my thoughts

"Hey, what's up?" I asked as he entered the apartment

"I missed you. How was practice?" He asked as he kissed my cheek

"Fine. I hate Lucas." I snapped

"Yea, I know." Joshua laughed

He sat down next to me and we snuggled together talked about our days. There was a knock at the door, so Joshua got up and answered it.

"Farkle!" I said happily

"Lady." Farkle nodded

I hugged him and Josh bro hugged him. We all sat on the couch and watched tv. Riley came downstairs and decided to join us.

"May, how was practice with Lucas?" Riley asked

"Fine." I answered

"Make any shots?" Farkle smirked

"Actually, yes I did." I smiled as Farkle laughed

"By yourself?" Riley asked giving me a concerned look

I looked over to Josh to see the same look on his face. Does he not trust me?

"Yes, by myself. What, you think I asked Lucas to hold me or something?" I said

"No, May, just asking." Riley smiled

I know she trusts me, but what about Josh?

"Yea, but he didn't touch you did he?" Joshua asked

I can't believe him!

"I can't believe my boyfriend doesn't trust me!" I said getting upset

Riley and Farkle looked at each other and they quickly ran out of the room.

"Maya, I do trust you." Joshua said

I stood up and so did he.

"Really?" I asked

"I don't trust HIM Maya." Joshua said

"Well, you should trust me! Who cares if he's teaching me?! I don't like him Josh! And you should trust me, instead of asking a billion times if he held me or not!" I said

I was about to walk out of the apartment when he grabbed my arm and kissed me. I kissed back. After 2 min I pulled away from the kiss, and walked out of the apartment.

I walked to the park. I love the park at night. I walk through and I hear someone calling my name. I freak out and start running.

"Maya! MAYA!" Lucas yelled

I slowed down and turned around to face him. He bent over with his hands on his knees.

"Wow....you....run....fast." Lucas said in between breaths

"Yea." I sighed sitting on a bench

Lucas joined me.

"So, what's up?" Lucas asked

"What do you mean?" I asked

"It's like 9pm and your in the park." Lucas said

"I just needed to get away from Josh." I sighed looking down at my feat

"Really? But you LOVE him." Lucas mocked

"Shut up." I giggled

"What happened?" He asked

"He doesn't trust me, well you too, but me." I admitted

He looked at me and opened his mouth to say something, but instead he just sat there, looking at the ground.

"Well, I'm tired." I said standing up

Lucas stood up too.

"Are you going to Riley's?" Lucas asked

We always stay over at Riley's.

"Yea, I think so. I just don't want Josh to be there." I said

"I don't think he will. Come on! Let's go!" Lucas said running

I laughed and ran after him.

"Hey Riles!" I said

"Maya!" Riley said hugging me

"Josh isn't here is he?" Lucas asked

"No. Are you scared?" Farkle teased

"Haha very funny Farkle." Lucas said taking a seat next to Farkle

"Where have you been?" Riley asked

"I just took a walk in the park. Lucas was there so we walked here together." I said

"How are you and Josh?" Riley asked

Lucas and Farkle both turned their heads towards me when she asked.

"We're, ok." I said

"Maya, he trusts you." Farkle said

"Yea, I don't think so." I said

"What doesn't he trust you about?" Lucas asked

"Practicing with you." I said sitting on the couch

They all looked at each other and sighed. We needed up watching a movie and falling asleep. I don't feel like facing Josh tomorrow.
