Khalil's Pov
"You always have a gun on you?" I muttered
"Yeah, of course I do my profession requires me to always have one"
"Enough whispering" the person said "Now we can do this the easy way or the hard way, I only want Khalil" he points at me
Cass face hardens. I've never seen that look on his face before . He pulls me closer into him.
"Over my dead body" He barks making the man jump but the man tries to act cool like he wasn't scared.
"That can be arranged" the man snapped his finger and in one second 20 men came all fully equipped with weapons.
They charged at us in full which forced me and Cass to break apart to fight.
Two of them came straight at me from my left . I shot one in the shoulder and the other inside the chest. He fell down. I look behind me to see Cass fighting off three guys, I was going to help him, but before I can move he had all three of them on the ground.
But as we took them down more and more csme.
"We need help" I shout to Cass trying to hold them off
He stabs one in their stomach and looks at me "I could've told you that 10 minutes ago" he shouts back kicking someone who was coming at me
"Yeah but I left my phone in the car" I said shooting another one
"Shit I could try to call Grey for back up but my phone is also not with me" he said causing me frown
I started backing away trying to avoid getting hit because it seemed like they were trying to take me alive and not dead.
I backed away until my back hit Cass's back "This is not good" he says
"We've got you cornered now just surrender Khalil and we won't hurt your friend here" the man said
We said nothing
"Okay have it your way" he grins he picks up a hammer and turns to Cass but he couldn't move because his men had hold us down.
"N-no, don't I'll go with you willingly" I immediately said
"But where's the fun in that" he says lifting the hammer in the air
It's midway from Cass head
"N-no NO NO NO NO NO NO NO" I screamed and Cass looks at me me giving a reassuring smile but I can tell he was scared but yet he was still worried for me.
"I love you" he murmurs tears coming out his eyes
"No No No No No No No No No No No" I cried
I look at the man, he smirks before going down
