"Ill just have to Battle a dragon"

I tossed and turned all night, kept dreaming of him coming after me..

Thinking of the moments that led up to the incident.

The feeling of regret and guilt for not telling Severus what actually transpired...

~What would have happened if he didnt call me out about Sev?~

It played over and over in my head.

"Darling its time to wake up.." Severus' angelic voice whispered.

''How are you feeling?'' he asked

I slowly sat up enough to lean on his head board,

~ow, did i get hit by a train? i should not have drank that much~

''Im ok Sev, just sore'' i tried to give him a convincing smile but he didnt buy it.

He gave me that sure i totally believe you look.

Pulling back the blanket and revealed my wrists. The hand prints were now bruises.

''Siri..'' the pain in his voice was deafening

''Im going to kill him,'' he growled between his teeth

''Severus please calm down,''i pleaded standing up and chasing after him pulling his arm.

"So he can hurt you and im supposed to be ok with it?'' Severus shouted at me and it actually scared me.

''No! no.. Youre not but you shouldnt do anything reckless..'' i shouted back, tears streaming down my face.

''You should go to the first tournament with your friends..ill see you there.''

A simple kiss was placed on my forehead as he turned from me facing the opposite of me.

''Siri..''

I looked at him one last time before leaving, ''Yes .. Sev..''

"i love you.. truly, more than i have ever felt for anything in the world and i cannot bare.. the thought of you coming to any harm .....and because of me....,''a look of disgust came across his face along with a tear falling from his eye.

I ran and jumped in his arms and kissed him deeply.

He held me tight in his arms not wanting to let go,

''This is not your fault Severus, his actions are not your own,''pressing my forehead to his, ''I love you now and forever and nothing will ever change that. I will see you later and i do love you, truly.'' I kissed him one last time and left to go to the dorm to ready for the match.

I got dressed and headed up to the Gryffindor common room to see Hermione and Ron, and to check on Harry before the first match.

''Hey Sirena! Not that im not glad to see you, but i thought you were hanging with your Slytherin friends for the match?'' Hermione asked with a hug.

''I was but i missed you guys... speaking of, where is Ron and Harry?'' I asked looking around.

''Harry is already down at the stadium getting ready and Ron... Ron is sulking in the dorm getting ready''

''Sulking?'' i questioned.

''Well Ron is upset that Harrys name was pulled from the Goblet.. he thinks Harry entered and didnt tell him, he is more hurt than anything.'' Hermione replied.

''Hey Sirena, Hermione, you guys ready to go?'' Ron announced as he came down the stairs to the common room.

''Yes,'' we replied sheepishly.

We arrived at the stadium and Hermione and i went to the champions tent to check on Harry,

" psst Harry? The key is to concentrate... after that-''

''Ill just have to battle a dragon'' Harry interrupted Hermione.

''Youll do fine Harry!'' i said reassuringly.

Hermione hugged Harry as Rita Skeeter snapped a picture of them ''young love.. how ..disturbing''

Just as she was addressing us viktor kicked her out ''This tent is for champions and friends..''

She left as Dumbledore came in and started to address the champions, ''Granger, Deveraux, what are you doing here?'' he questioned us.

''We were just leaving..'' Hermione said pulling me away.

We joined Ron up in the stands and waited for our friend to compete.

"Oi! Deveraux!" Draco called.

"I'll see you guys later?" I asked

"Uh... yea.. see you later" Hermione replied disappointed.

It was finally Harry's turn and he walks into the arena as the Dragon emerges, a large horned dragon with spike like spines down its back.

''Your wand Harry!! Your wand!!'' Hermione screamed.

''Accio Firebolt!!'' Harry shouted.

He jumped on his broom and flew around trying to capture the golden egg to get the clue for the next task. The dragon broke free and started chasing him away from the stadium.

Whats taking so long?" I questioned

"Hmmph hopefully he got eaten but the dragon." Draco sneared.

"Or got set on fire!!" added theo and did a 'bro' high five with Matteo and Blaize

I playfully slapped Matteo and Draco's arms,

"Bet you wont try that again Deveraux," Draco said with a smirk and a wink.

"Yea Sirena, lighten up!" They shoulder bumped me, "We were only joking.

"I dont see why you hang out with them anyway, Sirena" grimaced Matteo

"Sirena!!" called Hermione from 3 rows up,

"Hey Mione!!" i called back.

The boys shot her and Ron a very displeasing look and Draco wrapped his arm around my shoulders and pulled my attention back to the group.

"So... Sirena, girls night tonight?" Pansy asked breaking the awkward silence.

"Dont you have girls night every night?" Blaize asked pulling her into a nuggie.

"Touch. My. Hair. Again. And. I will personally feed you to that dragon.

My eyes scanned the professors seating, i saw him... staring at me... grimacing... and Severus staring at him...

The crowd goes wild as Harry emerges

"Pans, did you forget about our party tonight?"

''oh yea!how could i forget'' she said sarcastically. ''i meant after..''
