The day was boring and dragging on slower than a sleepy snail.

And then, there was Bill. Seven knew what he was doing was rather childish. The boy had been begging for his forgiveness, and the more he had been doing ridiculous things, the more he wanted to strangle the older one.

Seven knew there was a sliver of hope that he would leave seven alone if he said that Bill was forgiven, although Seven did not trust one certain Bill Smith. So why could he not leave Seven alone?

"Seven," Coach Robinson called him when heading for practice. "A word, please."

Seven sighed and followed him to his office. "Yeas, coach?"

Once the door was fully closed, he spoke. "You're still giving yourself a hard time, Seven." His voice was rough, almost scolding him like a father he wished his dad was.

He guessed his father was different from everyone else's. "No, sir, I've been having proper rests, too."

Harry sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. No matter how hard he tried, the boy was more stubborn than his father.

"Just don't mess this up for you. You're talented and diligent. Take care and go to your practice."
