Seven contacted Mr. Sanders pretty quickly.
No matter how much he despised Bill at that moment, he needed to recover as soon as possible for the competition and his reputation in front of his family and friends, too.
Seven was walking like a robot across the hallway, not looking at anyone or anywhere, tired, and that was why he bumped into Zaide, almost knocking the smaller boy, if not only for Zaide clinging to his shirt at the nick of time.
Zaide straightened up, quickly letting Seven go and apologising. Seven would definitely blame his tiredness for ruffling Zaide's hair even when he knew Thomas and his friends were there with him as well, not even a foot away.
He gave everyone a tight smile, seeing all their shocked faces, except for Thomas, who was glaring at Seven, and left.
Well, Zaide was not his possession so he could bump into anyone of his liking.
