Chapter-17"Are You Jealous?"

I closed his room quietly a headed towards the banquet for breakfast. The moment I reached the I was welcomed with a tight hug which could choke me by Vatsal my two-year big brother or my support system he knew that something has happened to me in Mumbai but never asked me about it. He was the person to make me realise that I had judged Akshu wrong when Mumma fell from the mandir stairs and............. I blamed Akshu for it, he was the one who had calmed me down and make me realise that it wasn't her fault of her or mine it was just an accident. Due to that, we bonded really well.

"You are choking me Vats!"

He broke the hug and kissed my forehead.

"I missed you a lot!"

"Then you should have come to Australia na!"

"But you were here in Udaipur!"

"Hmm, you tell me about your trips!"

Aarohi asking about his trips was a ritual for both of them and they majorly bonded over their craze for travelling. He always gives all details of his tours and there were many times when they both travelled together.

Was Aarohi here? I(Neil) felt her presence, I felt her lips on my forehead, she was here!! I could smell her perfume, she doesn't use very strong perfume but it is very sweet yet strong just like her.

Thinking about her, I got ready with a black T-shirt, white leather jacket, my ohh so comfortable jeans and white black shoes. I locked the room and left for the banquet to have breakfast, I won't lie I am very hungry, I know I am sounding like I was working in sleep but I am hungry.

Fighting with my conscious about me being 'bhukkad', I reached the banquet, where my blood boiled seeing Aarohi laughing and talking with some random guy. I felt like breaking the face of the guy who was now teasing Aarohi, which is only the thing I have my claims on it!!

I wasn't able to see them together so I was going to left the banquet when I heard Aarohi calling me out but I didn't even see her and continued walking to my room.

I(Aarohi) saw Neil leaving the banquet, I called him but he didn't stop, so I excused myself from Vatsal and went behind him, I was continuously calling his name but he wasn't even listening as if he had plugged earphones.

I pulled him towards me when he was going to open his room door, I saw his red eyes not of tears but with anger, why is he angry?

He caged me between the wall and his both hands.

"What Are You Doing?"

"What am I doing?"

He came deadly close to me, unaware of the fact that my breath got stuck in my throat the moment he caged me!

"Look........!"

I was unable to speak anything due to our closeness but managed to push him a bit but he came closer to me than he was before. This wasn't the first time I was close to anyone but yet I was nervous, excited and I had a different feeling which was very different yet give peace! I tried to cover my feeling with my expressions but was fail in the attempt, unknown to me I had a small smile! But the question was why I am so nervous and what is this new feeling?

The moment I(Neil) got close to her I forgot about the guy. Well, I was happy to see my effect on her. Seeing her smile and looking into my eyes, which held nervousness, excitement and something else which I couldn't recognise, but whatever it was it was definitely giving her peace and I was happy with that only. But can my mind let me stay happy? No right! Because I remembered why we were here!

"Who was that?"

"Who?"

"The person whom you were laughing with?" I tried to sound normal but my voice held lots of possessiveness, jealousy and anger towards that guy.

"Ohh him!.... But wait were you jealous?" she asked me with the purpose of teasing.

"No! I am not!" I said but we both knew that what I said was completely a piece of a lie!

"He was Vatsal!" she said after teasing me a lot!

Vatsal? Vatsal? Vatsal! He is the younger brother of Vansh, Aarohi's brother means I was getting jealous of her brother! How stupid of me!

When I was busy scolding myself I heard Aarohi laughing resting her head on my right shoulder, that's the moment I realised how close we were or are! She stopped laughing but still giggling on my shoulder.

They were now at the breakfast table, younger's were on the different table and elders were on the other table discussing the preparations of the wedding.

On the side of the youngers, all we're talking about except Neil and Aarohi, Aarohi was not leaving any chance to tease Neil and same goes with Neil but sometimes they both were confusing the others yet they all were enjoying their banters, come on who doesn't like free entertainment!

After breakfast everyone had gathered at the hall where Tilak was going to be done it wasn't that huge big yet big enough for three of the families. They all had gathered there as Mishti will show how all the functions will be done! 

Our bride and groom were very excited to see what their dream wedding will look like, having a big fat destination wedding was a demand of Akshara and how can Abhimanyu refuse her demand, well Abhimanyu wanted a small wedding ceremony with families and then have a grand reception. Akshara didn't want Abhimanyu to let go of his wishes for her so she decided that they will have a destination wedding but with the families and then have a grand reception at Udaipur after two days of the wedding.

Mishti was showing all the plans about what the wedding decoration is going to look like. Everyone was looking at the decoration curiously but........
