Chapter-19 "His Attention Should Be On Me!"

"Ohhh!! Someone is smiling!!!" I(Aarohi) looked back startled only to find Akshu giving me million dollar smile which had a teasing motive.

"Mein smile nahi kar rahi!" I have two reasons to deny the fact that I was smiling first if I wasn't thinking about Neil and smiling shyly, I would have admitted that I was smiling, and the second reason is my sister who is madly into love and want me to fall in love, which I clearly don't want to! And she always connects the dots of me falling in love.

"Acha toh ab laal tamatar kyu bani hui hai?" I didn't realise that I was blushing all this while, I tried to control my blush by bitting my inner cheek but stopped hearing Akshu.

"Are control mat kar, tujhe pehli baar genuinely smile karte hue dekha hai! Jis bhi reason se kar rahi thi use aapni life se jane mat dena!" She said coming towards me and throwing her hand on my neck from the backside.

"Ab chale mein tujhe lene aai thi!"

"Kaha?"

"Are chal na!" She said pulling me.

"Are mujhe earrings toh lehne de aur mere baal bhi nahi hue hai!" I said and she stopped pulling me as she knows how choosy I am about my looks. I asked her that should I wear pink or black hoop earrings and she agreed with the pink one. While I wore my earrings and did my touch up, akshu helped me by straightening the portion of my hair which was left.

I was really lucky to have akshu as my sister, even when I used to taunt her she never taunted me back instead she cared for me even after getting insulted by me, when I realised that it wasn't her fault I was very guilty for that but she made me feel that it was a mistake which I did when I was small. I really wish I was with Hina when................

"Ab chale?" My thoughts were broken by Akshu as my hair was done. I nodded and we both left my room after locking it properly.

She took me to the hall, where I saw everyone had left the hall except Mishti, Ruhaan, Pari, Neil and Abhi, akshu took me towards them. Neil's eyes fell on me, I was already looking at him, he asked me if I was okay by raising his eyebrows to which I nodded with a smile which was very genuine.

"Bata in dono mese consa acha hai?" Akshu asked me showing me some designs of the decorations for her bachelorette. I chose one and at last, I and akshu made some changes in the designs and explained them to Mishti and Pari. If you have forgotten Pari also helps Mishti in her event management company.

I asked where everyone was Abhi answered me that everyone had gone to different places to visit Mussoorie after having lunch and we can leave the resort whenever we want after having lunch.

I was strictly warned by Mishti to have my lunch as I and Neil were left to have lunch, once Abhi and Akshu left the hall and we all were about to leave.

I(Neil) was sitting in my room waiting for Aarohi, as Mishti, Ruhaan and Pari had to go to the decorator to explain them him how the decor of bhabhi's bachelor-ate should be and bhai and bhabhi wanted to spend some time together, so at last, I and Aarohi were together going outside for the tour of the city, but Aarohi got a call from Australia so she was attending that and I was waiting for her to finish the call while I was waiting for her I was scrolling on social media accounts of the influencers who have uploaded videos related to periods. I won't lie seeing Aarohi in pain I felt like I lost everything. The videos suggested pampering her, cuddling her, giving multiple kisses, etc...

I can pamper her, and give her forehead kisses but cuddling was something I don't want to do or I can't do, now that was a question! Whatever leave that focus on how can I pamper her!

I(Aarohi) just cut the call and came back from my room to Neil's room from the door which connects our rooms. I saw Neil on the couch scrolling his mobile, he was too much into his mobile that he didn't notice me coming into his room. I was not well with his attention towards that dumbo mobile, his attention should be on me na! I went towards him and stood in front of him with both hands on my waist, but he was too much into it that he didn't realise that I was standing in front of him! I frowned and snatched the mobile from his hand, he stood up with a jerk and asked me to return his mobile but I didn't want to so I didn't! I raised my hand in the opposite movement of his hand to catch his mobile, we both didn't realise when we started running the whole room, now the fight wasn't for the mobile but we were just trying to catch each other. I was unfortunately caught by Neil and he started tickling me.

"Neil!" I managed only to speak 'Neil' in between my laughter. The room was filled with our laughter. After two minutes he stopped tickling me and we both let ourselves fall on the bed staring at the ceiling. We were still laughing.

Neil's eyes fell on me, he stopped laughing yet giggling, he took the support of his hand and kept his head on his hand and turn towards me, I was still laughing uncontrollably, I felt his intense gaze on me, I stopped laughing and turned to him only to him adoring me with a smile, which I returned him with an ear to ear smile.

Hey everyone, we are too close to the truth about what happened in Mumbai! I think it will take 3-4 chapters to make Aarohi tell the truth! Do tell me in the comments how curious you guys are to know the truth!
