Chapter-21"Good Night Mr. CEO!"

After returning from the ice-cream parlour we were talking or fighting with each other while laying on the grass, not thinking that clothes will be spoilt just like her mood was after having my (Neil) favourite sabji, how can someone not like cluster beans?

After a while, we are returning to our respective rooms and talking about random things while walking on the corridors of the resort to our rooms. When our rooms came she opened her room's lock, she was about to enter but stopped and turned back.

"Good night Mr CEO!" she said and ran inside her room, leaving me smiling like an idiot. She was taunting me for agreeing to everything she asked, as my personality in my office is kind of khadoos. The things I decided on were not because I couldn't say no but because I wanted the smile which she had after having her favourite heels and purses, honestly she has an obsession with heels! Some people say that to impress a man you should give him tasty food and for women take them shopping without any limit but for her, you just have to take her to the showroom of heels and she is ready to give anything!

I enter my room with a big smile. Well, why not she opens up to very few people and she is opening up to me, her chamkadar, who keeps irritating his Chipkali with full Haq!

It has been a week since our ice cream, and our proper meeting too! Shocking right, well we all cousins are given a lot of work to for bhai and bhabhi's wedding that we all cousins are hardly even seeing each other, and about her when her wedding work gets over then she has to attend calls from Australia and ignore all of us but I feel that she just has been trying to avoid me more than others or I am over thinking!

I have also heard sobbing sounds from her room but didn't go there and let her cry her heart out.

I had some free time after ages, I was just scrolling my mobile when I remember that Aarohi had clearly said that today she won't do anything, but why did she say that? Let's go and visit her!

I(Aarohi) was getting ready to go to the mosque, my eyes fell on the calendar, I walked to the calendar and picked it up from the table and saw today's date '19th june 2022' exactly six years to Hina's death, I lost my best friend, soul sister, guide, philosopher, and what not!

Today was her birthday and her death anniversary, both together, she always used to visit mosque and take blessings for the year ahead. Following her I also goes to mosque to seek forgiveness from her. That day Rudra, her boyfriend and I had always liked him as a brother, had planned her surprise birthday party, I was really happy and excited to celebrate her birthday but Rudra..........

I(Neil) entered her room and saw her looking at calendar, she was so much into the calendar that she didn't realise me coming into her room. She looked awesome in white-golden anarkali, white dupatta with golden borders, big golden earrings, golden heels, soft curled hair, and light make up! It looked like she is going somewhere, where is she going?

"Looks like you are owning the world!" I complimented her making her feel my presence, she looked up and saw me and kept the calendar back on the table! She tried to hide that she is upset but I could sense it!

"I do own the world!" she said proudly of her makeup skills and fashion sense or trying to hide that she was upset. Her voice was like as if she just about to cry if I hadn't came. Just to show that I didn't notice the sadness on her expression and voice I chuckled at 'her obsession with her looks!'

"Yes! Her highness!" 

"Where are you going?" I asked her, while she moved to the dressing table to adjust her dupatta which had moved down from shoulder.

"Why do you want to know?" she answered my question, her eyes held mischievous and hint of teasing me! After teasing me a lot she answered me.

"I am going to mosque!"

"Can I accompany you?" I said, and she looked at me through mirror with narrow eyes.

"Kyu?" she asked, the doubt was clearly sounded in her voice, she looked extremely cute!

"Are aana hai!" after arguing a lot I managed to convince her but she gave me exactly ten minutes to get ready and if I am to able to come in ten minutes she will leave! All this while she looked cute with a confused frown, while arguing, while narrowing her eyes, which are like ocean and I unknowingly or knowing drowning in them, which is going lead to dangerous situation but I was not able to stop myself!

All the time we were in mosque, I felt like she will breakdown in tears anytime, but she controlled it, it seems like today is a very big day!

We entered her room, she was really upset and hadn't spoken anything while we were returning from mosque, which makes me tensed, I really want to hear 'You! Chamkadar, idiot!' from her!

"Are You okay?"

Why do Aarohi want forgiveness from Hina?

Can anyone guess what did Rudra did?

Why is Aarohi upset?

How did Hina died?
