Chapter 1: A New Day

To inform you readers. The charecter 'Tea' has her name pronounced like 'Taya'

Kai, Tea, Joey and Thristan are good friends. Thay all go to the same high school and they all practically liked the same things. But Tea and Kai used to be in a relationship but Tea broke it up. Kai hated her for it but they stayed friends. There school day was over and now their walking home together.

"Geez that test sucked." Thristan said.

Thristan was a bit of a rebel of the group. He also looked like those stereotypical greaser types. He has a rep of getting into fights and mostly winning. He has gain lots of enimies and friends from his fights. He was also part of the boxing club at the highschool. He spends most his time training then his studies. Joey nags him about it.

"Well if you'd spend more time studying then training, you wouldn't have had that problum." Joey said.

See? Joey was a bit of nerd. Joey was pretty scrawny so it gave him that wimpy look. He was also that over achiever in all his classes. He always puts in way to much in his work to purposly make himself look supirior then others. He was part of the archery club and was a dead eye. He never missed a shot.

"Well no one is as much of a smart ass then you Joey." Tea said.

Tea never had a side to anything. If there was a disagreement about anything she'll just back off and watch it play out. She is also kinda shy so it explains why. But deep down she has a raging anger; very close to Kai. She was also a very pretty girl. She would get some attention from the other guys but Kai would always shoo them off. Tea always thought that he did that from jealousy.

Kai was drifting off again. Thinking of the days when he and Tea were still going out.

"You okay?" Tea asked.

"Huh? Yeah I'm fine." Kai said trying to play it off.

Kai was a different kind of person. Sometimes he would randomly drift off into space thinking of other things when he should be paying attention to something important. Which was one of the reasons why Tea dumped him. Kai was a calm and collective person. If something happens he would just stare and watch just like Tea. But if he feels like he needs to be a part of it. Then he will. And he'll make sure others know. His mysteriousness gets some attention from other girls and is totally ignored by most guys. He never cared of how people thought of him. His sense of mind was, "If-you-don't-like-it-go-fuck-yourself" kind. He also liked pulling this one joke when others ask why he is such a downer sometimes. Kai would always say, "Well if you want to know you first need to put a thumb in your mouth, a thumb in your ass, close your eyes, spin around three times and count to ten." Then he'd be left alone which he liked other then being with his friends.

Tea sighns. She knows the real reason why he drifts off. Joey and Thristan don't think about it too much.

"So what did you think of the test then?" Joey asked the Tea and Kai.

"It was a bit difficult, but not to bad." Tea said.

"Kai?" Jeoy asked.

"Eh. It was fine I guess." Kai replied putting his hands behind his head.

"Thats what you always say." Tea said under her breath.

"Huh?" Kai asked.

"Nothing."

Joey and Thristan always knew they had dated and knew not to get into there arguements.

"I heard you say something." Kai said.
