Chapter 5: Fate with a Centaur

(3rd POV)

(Birds Chirping)

Miia is slithering towards the living room until she sees Ethan outside at the backyard planting something. She then went outside to see what Ethan's planting.

Ethan turned around with a smile and said, "Oh, good morning Miia."

Miia said, "Good Morning Ethan. What are you planting?"

Ethan said, "Well, nothing special but I'm just planting some seeds of lemon trees, green apple trees, and also some varieties of hot pepper bushes like habanero, Carolina cayenne, and also the most spiciest peppers of all, CAROLINA REAPER PEPPERS!!"

Miia shivered and asked, "C-Carolina reaper peppers? Is it really that spicy?"

Ethan said, "I don't know, I haven't tasted one yet, but I hope they are once those peppers grow and taste one of them. And I also thought about making them into homemade hot sauces too, Miia."

Papi came outside and asked, "Hey, where's Riley?"

Miia asked, "Oh yeah. Where's Darling?"

Ethan said, "Well, Riley is out to a video game store to get some new game consoles along with some video games."

Papi looks down in disappointment and said, "Aw, I just want to play with him."

Ethan felt some sympathy and said, "Okay. Whenever Riley's out doing errands or even went out on a date with Miia (Got cut off by Miia giggling about going on a date with her own Darling for a moment), if you want, I'd be more than happy to play with you or I can take you out on arcades, parks, or anywhere else that you wanted to go. Except for any sleazy hotel or bar."

Papi asked, "What's so bad about-"

Ethan interrupted her and said, "They're forbidden! Anywhere else is fine but not the ones that none of us should even set foot, or tail, at any of those places. Okay?"

Papi smiled and said, "Okay."

(Ethan's POV)

The Girls and I are about to head inside the mansion until we all hear the door opening.

Riley's voice said, "I'm home."

I saw Miia and Papi running/slithering very fast and then, they both tackle Riley to the ground as they're both hugging Riley.

Miia went lovey dovey mode as usual and said, "Welcome home, Darling~"

Papi went energetic like a little kid and said, "I missed you very much~"

I laughed very much just to see Riley getting attacked by his harem even though there's like just the two of them. The Girls looked at each other with some lightning rivalry clashing at each other. I also noticed something about Riley because he is wearing a pair of sunglasses?

I helped him up and asked, "Hey Riley, Why are you wearing sunglasses? Are you trying to impress both of the girls on how cool you can be? If you are, lose it. You're way too cool to even be wearing any pair of these."

I tried to take the sunglasses off but he dodged it.

Riley said, "Sorry Broseph, this is....................my new style. You wear your hat, I wear my sunglasses."
