Chapter 24: Like Mother, Like Daughter

(3rd POV)

Papi is laying down on her bed with her back facing up. She looks up all worried as Papi is trying to remember something, but sadly everything is blurry to her. Papi places her face onto the pillow and then, she rolls over.

She said, "I think I'm forgetting something."

While Papi is having some difficulties with remembering something as usual, Riley and Miia are looking at her all worried.

Riley said, "Wow. I've never seen Papi so worried about anything."

Miia asked, "Maybe she doesn't like the idea of her Mom coming here? (places Centorea's skirt onto a banister) She's been like that ever since that letter from her Mom came. Geez, Centorea's skirt is huge."

Luis came and said, "Give Cerea a break, Miia. It's the best option for her to wear."

Riley hung up a t-shirt and said, "I wonder what her Mom could've written that's got her so worried."

Rachnera picked up the letter and said, "I tried to read it, but the handwriting is so terrible I can't understand a thing!"

Luis got mad as he yelled, "Hey! Quit invading someone else's belongings, Rachnera!! It is rude and inconsiderate!!"

Rachnera smirked and asked, "My, my. Are you saying that you don't want to read it, Wolf Boy?"

Luis said, "I never said that I don't want to read it."

Riley got in between them as he said, "Hey, calm down you guys."

Miia said, "But Rachnera's right though, it's impossible to read."

Mr. Stretch came and said, "Yeah. It's like a litta kid did some scribbles or somethin."

Riley noticed something inside the envelope.

He asked, "Hey. What's that inside the envelope?"

The other four noticed it too.

Rachnera pulled it out and asked, "A picture?"

Riley said, "That looks like Papi."

(Ethan's POV)

I got something out of the oven that I have made for lunch and it's another one of my pizza masterpieces, Pepperoni and green apple flavored jelly bean pizza.

I put the pizza down and said, "Alright everyone!! Lunch is ready!! Huh?"

I saw Riley, Miia, Mr. Stretch, Luis, and Rachnera looking all shocked for some reason.

I asked, "What happened, guys?"

Miia said, "It's about what Papi's Mom has sent."

Rachnera said, "Her handwriting is like a little kid scribble."

Riley said, "And also a photo that you won't like."

I asked, "Why?"

Rachnera walked up to me and gave me the photo and then, I looked at it and I gasped because it has Papi with an older looking man and worst of all, THEY'RE NAKED!!!!

I got mad as I yelled, "WHO IS THAT OLD GEEZER!? IS HE STEALING PAPI FROM YOU RILEY!? OR IS SHE REALLY CHEATING ON YOU!?"

Riley ran straight to me and said, "Wait! Mr. Pilgrim! I think it might be Papi's Dad! And that other harpy that might be like a doppelganger!"
