Conference room.
All the ambassadors are talking to each other.
Male Human Ambassador A said, "This was terrible!"
Male Yeti Ambassador said, "Me cave is ruined!"

A Manticore Ambassador named Leonard Lion-Heart, came up to the stand and said, "Order in the court, everyone!"
Everyone sat down and then, they're all silent.
He said, "My thanks, everyone. Now, one at a time. If you must."
Female Human Ambassador B said, "We apply this program to make a new social activity."
Satyr Ambassador said, "If we can't produce the benefits, well maybe we should move back to our home countries where it's safe."
Everyone is panicking.
Leonard roared, "That's Enough! Calm yourselves!"
Everyone is silent.
Leonard cleared his throat and said, "Now. We all know that there has been a lot of murders of our citizens. Both humans and us Demi-humans, that is. And some of us may not know who this person is responsible for this madness. But he or she must be punished and brought to justice once and for all."
Everyone is talking about who is responsible for the death of the citizens.
The doors have opened as it is revealed to be a Garuda Elder covered in bandages.
Garuda Elder yelled, "This was no person!"
Miss Smith came and said, "Take it easy, sir. You still need to rest from what happened last night."
Garuda Elder said, "I know, young lady. But they all must know the truth."
The Garuda Elder walked through the audience and said, "While I was helping the head priest with the ceremony, a monster the size of a building invaded our church as he was eating my host family with his fearsome teeth the size of daggers."
Everyone gasped.
The Garuda Elder came straight to Leonard and said, "He even has horns of a devil himself when he destroyed my home."
