"The wolves in the woods have sharp teeth and long claws, but it's the wolf inside who will tear you apart."

Caelum sits in the center of a pentagram, candles gathered around them.

"Is it working?" Klaus asks, impatient and Caelum rolls their eyes.

"It would if I could concentrate." Caelum retorted. "So shut up."

Niklaus goes to retort, but Caelum sends him a glare. So he shuts up.

Caelum closes their eyes again, chanting in latin. Voices crowd around, coming from ancestors and spirits.

"Speak one by one, please."

The spirits of witches look at each other, parting to let another through. Caelum could feel the power radiating off of her.

"Hello, little hybrid. I am Qetsiyah."

"The first witch. The one who made the first immortality spell."

"Yes, little one. I am here to guide you. You have many questions, I can feel. Ask."

"Why did I keep my magic through the transition of becoming a vampire? I know I shouldn't have."

"Yes, it goes against nature itself. But you are powerful. You have Traveler's blood running through your veins as a descendant of Katerina, and you are my chosen one. You are one of my descendants, and I chose you to wield the power I had. My power and yours together allows you to be the first, and only vampire-witch hybrid."

"Who are the Travelers?"

"The Travelers is a coven of witches of which pass down their knowledge of witchcraft to future generations. They practice things others may look down on, but their power is great."

"Why did you choose me to hold your power?"

"Because you have my blood, the blood of many powerful witches. And you were destined for power even before you were in the physical realm. And you are still destined for great things. You are destined to open the prison world, you are destined to bring fall to the original witch, and many other things."

"Prison world? Original Witch?"

"I cannot tell you of these things right now, as it is not the right time. It will be revealed at the right time, by me."

"Okay, I'm getting side tracked from my original mission. How do we fix the fact that the doppelganger is alive when she was supposed to be dead? How do we create hybrids?"

"She was supposed to die, but only her blood makes hybrids."

Caelum pauses. "The Original Witch created the curse, didn't she?"

"Yes. She never wanted the curse broken, so she made the only way to make hybrids was for the doppelganger to die, but need the doppelganger's blood to create hybrids. But nature always makes a loophole, as you can see."

"So the answer is Elena's blood?"

Qetsiyah nods. "Feed Niklaus' blood to the werewolf, kill the werewolf, and when they wake up in transition feed them the doppelganger's blood." She pauses. "Your time here is coming to an end. Any last things?"
