Josh turned to his right and walked towards the end of the hallway—to Isabelle's room as it was the room where he was going to start his night watch.

As he did, he began to hear the sound of Brielle humming a song and running water of the shower to get closer. He turned around mid-way about to leave knowing Brielle was still on the bathroom of her mother, but he didn't.

Instead, he began to try and open the lock of the door in front of him quietly.

He glanced behind him a couple of times making sure nobody would see him; indeed nobody did.

As he continued his quiet fight with the lock of the bedroom, he was finally able to open it after a long while. He smirked to himself quietly and he stood back up and while keeping a cautious gaze around him, he began to the enter the bedroom.

As he did, he saw another door to his right; it was the bathroom's door, and it was half open.

Josh continued leaning in quietly as he tried to see the naked Brielle through the gap between the bathroom's door.

He smirked as he got so see Brielle's back, but before she could turn around and he could see her completely, a voice spoke from behind Josh.

"What are you doing?" a male voice mumbled from behind's Josh's direction.

Josh got startled at the sudden voice behind him and turned around extremely tense. He tried to maintain his cool and stay silent. He looked back to the outside of the bedroom—the hallway— where his eldest son was standing right now in profound disbelief and confusion.

Certain anger was clear on his gaze, as he glared at his father.

Josh sighed in relief at the sight of his son and after giving a quick glance to Brielle's way once more, he quickly went out of the room; he was smiling as he closed the bedroom door behind him and stood right in front of his son.

Josh smiled as he patted Isaiah's right shoulder; he definitely felt comfortable and couldn't care less that he got discovered by his own son.

"I was making sure the bedroom was empty to keep watch but turns out it isn't. Let's go somewhere else in the meantime..." Josh replied as he placed his arm around Isaiah's shoulders and walked towards the end of the hallway, directing himself to the upstairs living room and as result pulling with him his son. He was clearly avoiding talking about Brielle with his son.

However, his son wasn't on the same page as his father. He knew how of disrespectful his father could get and he wasn't going to let his dad do so with Brielle. And much less being in someone's else house.

"You know innocence doesn't suit you, dad." Isaiah replied as they arrived at the living room and Isaiah shoved his father arm away from his shoulder; not wanting to be near him.

Josh glanced surprised back at his son. Clear anger arising by every second.

Josh chuckled sarcastically as he crossed his arms and glared at his son; he somehow felt as if his son was a threat to his alpha and macho mentality.

"Hmm, so now you want to act all tough, huh?" Josh questioned as he pushed Isaiah roughly against the living's room wall; right behind the green eyed himself.

Isaiah gasped in surprise and sudden fear, yet he tried his best to hide it.

"You know this isn't our house... You should respect her and their house. Brielle did nothing to deserve thi---" Isaiah said in between his tightened jaw.

He was trying his best to maintain his composure, but his father didn't even let him finish the sentence and was already teaching him a lesson; not a good one for sure.
