Walking down the city streets you look at the ground. Trying to avoid the gases of others. Seeing you where trying to hide from Shield. As well as others, you think about what to grab. Wondering what gift you could possibly  get him. Looking into a store window you see fresh cut steaks. Your mouth starts to water at the thought. Of having stake with blood still coming out of it pink a little in the middle. " Pizza is nice and all, but I miss other foods. " Looking at it like a child at the candy store. wishing you could have it. You look at the price and jump back a bit. " That's insane! $50 for one cut of meat!" You sigh knowing that would not be enough to feed A full grown man. and a blood hungry Symbiote and you.

" Sorry Cletus I guess all have to think of something else. " You see someone come up behind you. A man with a hoodie up hiding his face. You step out of the way so he could look in the window. " Oh sorry, All get out of your view. " He says nothing as he looks in the window.

You keep window shopping, walking feeling like you won't find anything. " I guess I should find out what kind of things he likes. " Feeling silly that you never really asked much about his likes. You hear a voice in your ear. It was hard to hear as they spoke. " He is coming for you all. " 

" who said that? " You say looking around as people walk by you lost in there own lives. " Must be hearing things. " Something shines in a window across the street. Like it was calling to you some how. You make your way to the other side and see a knife. It looked beautiful in the light, with a wooden handle with vines and trees carved into the blade. You couldn't think of the right words at first. But it was like you new it was the perfect gift for him.

You rush into the store seeing there is not a lot of people. You walk over to the counter and ask the man. How much the knife in the window was. The man says. " Oh, that is $75.99 It's on sale right now. "  You smile. " All take it!" Soon it's yours and you start walking back to the apartment. You are noticeably happy as you walked back. You smell something good, Looking around you see A BBQ. With freshly cooked steak and baked potatoes. " Emm that smells so good. " You get three of each for you, Cletus and Red. You hear a familiar voice as you walk down the street. 

" Hey! (Y/N)" You look around trying to see who it is. A woman runs over to you with a smile. " Where have you been? I haven't see you at work for weeks. " " Sally, It's nice to see you. As for why I haven't been at work? " You think of how to say that your apartment is gone. And you are dating a man like Cletus. " Umm well you see..." 

She grabs you arm puling you down the sidewalk. " Tell me about it with coffee, it's been a long day. " You smile and go along with it, and it would be nice to talk to someone else. You both sit down at a table with a cup of coffee. Still hot with steam you look down trying to think of what to say. " Hey? are you alright (Y/N). " You smile to try and lighten the mood. " I'm just trying to think of how to tell you what I have been up to. " Raising an eyebrow. " Oh?  not going to tell me you got yourself into trouble or something? " 

" I mean I guess you could say that...." You avoid eye contact. " Wait..are you serous? You? miss goody two shoes is in trouble? Haha! Good one you had me going there for a second. " You have a drink and laugh along with her. " Haha yup, I got you. " 

Grabbing you again she makes you start to walk again. " Hey, wait we didn't pay, what are you doing? " She pulls you're ear to he face. " We are being followed, keep walking." You look behind you and see a hooded figure matching your walking speed.

" You where not joking about being in trouble, why is Shield after you? " You look confused as you see people dressed. In Shield uniform's walking up to you. " I'm sorry Sally but I have to get out of here! " You pull away from her and run down an ally way. You keep running until you can't run anymore. " I... I think... I lost them... " You say as you catch your breath.
