14-Knowing you

Xiao's POV:

I walked through the long corridor in the hospital, there were many surgeons running past me and nurses rushing with a patient on a hospital bed. I thought for a while, but then a nurse went rushing past me and stopped behind my back. She was staring at me, shouldn't I be surprised? I start to walk faster, I need to see Aether anyways. I arrived at the front door of Aether's room, it was open. I could hear somebody's voice comforting him, I walk around the corner to see who it was. It was just Kazuha, as expected. He kept patting Aether on the head, so he could feel somebody's presence near him. As I walk closer, I saw Aether's eyes squint a little, was he having nightmares? Kazuha stopped patting him and left, he said that he had an occasion with his boyfriend, so he exited the room. I pecked Aether on the forehead, he stopped squinting. He seemed so calm, then I heard a call from my phone. I quickly look through my pockets before anybody could hear it, I unlocked my phone. It was just Hu Tao, I sigh in relief. I'm guessing nobody heard that. I answered the call,

'Hey Xiao!' She shouted through the phone,

'Be quiet,' I warned her, she looked shocked.

'I'm in the hospital with Aether.' I tried to state the obvious, but she kept asking me questions.

'What flowers did you buy for him this time?' She asked curiously as Ganyu walked behind her and glared at the camera.

'Cecelia's.' I held out the flowers in front of the camera, and lay them down on the bed.

'Alright! I gotta go, bye Xiao!' She screamed as she canceled the call.

I sigh, she is kind of annoying. I don't know how Father and Ganyu deal with her ignorance. I put my phone back in my pocket, then stared at the sleeping Aether. I wish he wasn't in a coma, I wish he was able to go out of the hospital. I tried not to cry, I wish I'd died, not him. I kept repeating that in my head, even on the small TV, they found the murderer and Ayaka was on screen. She tried to get away from the cops grip, and there were lots of pictures going around, I could hear the clicking and booing in the background. Even some cops were telling them to stay away. I look back, I guess they finally found the truth.. I give Aether one last kiss on the forehead, as the nurse entered inside to let me know that I had to go. It was already April, and I can't see Aether until next year. I check my pockets and pick up my phone, I check my daily basis tomorrow. Damnit, I'm busy for 6 months, why does this have to happen. I wanted to contact Father about it, but it might cause trouble for the entire company, so I wasn't bothered. I had to model by myself, in public and reveal myself to a whole crowd on the red carpet. Even Ganyu's there, there will be lots of models there. I was only on top 6, and Aether would be on top 6 as well, but he is in a coma, so he can't attend. We have another one after his coma, so I guess he'll remember, or maybe not. I go into the car and drive back towards the building. This will be busy. But, forgive me Aether if I haven't been visiting you, I love you.

6 months later..

Hu Tao's POV:

Yee! It's time for the red carpet, we're heading there at 10am today and I'm ready to show myself off into the crowd as their proud director. Even the old man is coming! I giggle, what a coincidence! I wore a black dress with red flowers on the bottom and also on the top, white patches, a large ghost on the bottom of the dress and a belt that also has a big red bow at the back! It even had off-shoulder sleeves, I even get to wear black gloves! I'm so excited, I rock myself on the chair as the others were still dressing. My hair was down, with a red flower patched on the top with the branch and Ganyu's hair is wavy and curled! I run across the hall, I had to pick the front of my dress because it was too long and I barged into the stylist room. Ganyu and Xiao were still getting ready, they look fancy as! Ganyu had a long light-blue dress, with snowflakes on the bottom, a ruffled bottom and collar, with a white choker, off-shoulder light-blue sleeves with an ribbon at her waist holding a huge white gown behind it. She looked like she was going to a wedding! Compared to Xiao, he was wearing a black tuxedo, long black sleeves, a dark-turquoise collar, white gloves, black pants (perfectly ironed), a long black tailcoat with little tags on the bottom. His hair almost stayed the same, but he had a white hair clip in front of his hair and he had a black bridesmaid hair piece with a dark-red rose at the side. They look so stylish!
