15- Alive

1 year later...

Aether's POV:

I woke up, my head felt dizzy. My vision was blurry, everything was blurred out. I tried to get up but the nurses rushed towards me. They started screaming, what were they saying? After 5 minutes, I had a doctor to check up on me, he said something. I forgot. I sat up, the doctor was in shock, 'Aether, don't sit up!' He demanded me to lie back down again. But I didn't bother to listen, I got up from the bed and the doctor started to call the nurses. The nurses told me that if I was planning to head out of the hospital now, just go to the registration table. I quickly change, I heard that I had slight memory loss, which means that I only lost some of my memory. I walk up towards the counter, I saw a lady typing on the small keyboard in front of her and the screen that was bright. 'Excuse me..' I said tiredly, 'I've come here to get out of the hospital..' she twisted her head towards me and nodded. She typed in my details and told me that I could leave, finally fresh air, the cold breeze everything. I took out my phone, who's Xiao? I put my phone back into my pocket and head off to a cafe near a tall building. It was the nearest I could go to, I remembered this café. I tried not to recognise the time I got shot, but it already struck me. I start to get worried, what if... I snap out of it as the waitress led me towards a table. I walked off, and sat down at a brown, wooden table bedside a window. I sigh. Maybe I can visit that tall building.. I quickly ordered and ate. Maybe I might find some things there, I felt excitement.

I payed and went out the place, the bell rung on top of me. While I walked back on the path. I walked across the crosswalk, and headed forward. Hmm, I don't remember anything clearly, I got some parts of my brain damaged badly. From the bullet, I hope nobody finds me weird in there. I try to get my mind off the injuries as I saw guards standing at the front, they immediately recognised me and let me enter. Was this an hotel? I walked through, there was a statue, it looked pretty. I stared at it, hmm, probably it's best if I go and enter now. I walk off and walk towards the entrance. Was this an automatic door? A red  line started to scan me as I entered through. Everybody was staring at me, did I look weird. My hair was down, and I was wearing a clip on my hair. My clothing were a coffee, coloured vest with a white turtle-neck and a long black skirt. I don't know who gave me this, I also had flowers in my hand, I don't know who gave me these. A woman came up to me, crying, she hugged me.

'Aether!' I gain my memory back,

'Hu...Tao?' I seem slightly confused.

She gave me a long hug and walked away. Then Ganyu, I think came back running up to me and hugging me tightly. I hugged back for the two of them. Tears were flowing through their eyes, I patted their back. Now, I still haven't remembered if I had a sibling or a lover? I asked them, 'Do I have a lover?' They seemed surprised, 'Yeah! It's Xiao, he's in his room.' Hu Tao replied while wiping her tears out of her face. I walked off saying a thank you to them, I walk over to search where Xiao was. Hm, I don't remember if Xiao was my lover..I open a door slightly, I see a young man sitting at his desk doing work. I walk in, 'Who is it.' His voice seemed cold. I shivered. 'Hi..?' I tried to keep calm. He turned around, his face was in shock. 'Aether..?' He walked up to me and cupped my cheeks. 'I haven't been counting on how long I haven't been visiting you,' I stared at him confused, blushing, 'Did you like the flowers?' I looked at him, shocked. 'Y-yeah!' I tried not to look so shy, he looked taller than before!? His face was near mine, I tried to back away. But then I was pinned on the wall, 'Where are you going?' He asked, his cold voice  keeps getting me scared. I look around, 'Nowhere.' I stated, crossing my arms looking the other direction. Xiao giggled. 'You are still cute,' He glared at me, as I faced my head towards his. 'Can I have a kiss?' He asked, I blushed rapidly. 'Hu-H?!' He leaned his face towards mine, but then we ended up kissing. I felt so confused, but then, I slightly remember on how he'd tease me. We stopped, 'I missed you...' He put his face on my shoulder as I pecked him on the cheek. I can remember. Now I feel happier. I tried not to show some happier expressions as he told me what he'd been doing this whole time while I was in coma. He's been through a lot. Then a girl with light blue hair and blonde hair came in, it was Ayaka and Yoimiya. Yoimiya enjoyed talking to each other, and Ayaka apoligised a lot towards me. They told me that they were officially dating now! I clapped, as Xiao put his arms around my waist. He slightly felt jealous, how adorable! I picked him on the forehead and I told him to let me go.

After all of that...

Lumine, Ayaka, Yoimiya, Zhongli, Hu Tao, Ganyu and Xiao and I, went to a beach house for a celebration. I felt welcomed, but Xiao was very clingy towards me when others were around. I guess, this is a happy holiday for all of us. I went on to the veranda, as Ganyu put blindfold on my eyes. It blocked my eyesight. 'Who is it!?' I shouted, 'Quit down Aether, it's only me Ganyu!' I calmed down, she told me to follow her after she's tied a knot at the back so I couldn't see. She held my hand and led me down the stairs, I didn't know where we were going. I start to trip over, ow. I felt sand on my feet, have we already entered the beach?

Xiao's POV:

I try to calm myself down, I'm proposing to Aether on the beach. I remind myself that as I see Ganyu returning from her trip from the beach house. I saw Aether being dragged along, and he seemed confused. I tried to act calm. Breathe in...Breathe out... I'm ready. Lumine decided to step out of the way as I bent down revealing the ring. Well, I didn't buy the ring, Ganyu bought it for me because it was awkward for me to enter a jewellery store. She told me to propose to Aether, when we go to vacation, so I guess it's the time. Ganyu left Aether standing in front of me, I looked around, the sun was setting, the sky was a nice shade of pink and orange. Lumine was in the middle, hoping that Aether would accept once he see's the ring. Ganyu untied the knot from the blindfold, it fell down on the ground. I looked up, trying to hid my facial expression. My face was heated. Until, I look  back, Aether was staring in shock, did he not like it? I calm myself down again, 'Aether,' I spoke, 'Would you...marry me..?' It sounded awkward, 'Yes!' He jumped on me. He started giggling as the others clapped, Hu Tao and Zhongli popped out from the bush next to us. I didn't even know that they were there. We give a short kiss, then I told him to stand back up. I felt happy, I found somebody who I loved, somebody who I cared for. Ayaka and Yoimiya jumped out behind the bush, they clapped and congratulated us. Aether started to get excited, I finally found someone.

After that...

'That's it!' Aether said, as he stated the rest. I sat down with one of our children. We lived in a small house with 2 children, one was named Yukon and one was a boy, named Zon. I kind of named Zon after Zhongli, which was my Father. Yukon was a name that Aether gave her, it was a nice name. Zon was older than Yukon than one year, so they were in different grades. I patted Zon, who was sitting next to me, they were only 7-8. 'Tell us more mommy!' Yukon yelled in excitement, usually I was called papa by both and then mommy for Aether. They see Aether as a mom, and yet, he is. 'No, now off you go play upstairs!' He let go of Yukon and they rushed upstairs. Aether walked towards me and gave me a kiss, 'I remember the time where you felt so flustered, back when you proposed to me!' He giggled as I start to get mad. 'Oh really?' I glared at him, 'You were the one mostly flustered.' He glanced back at me, then stared away. He crossed his arms and made a little, 'hmph.' It was adorable. I stood up and gave Aether a short peck on the forehead. 'Now, let's go see what the children are doing.' I stated, as Aether nodded. I glared back at the family photo we all took, as Aether walked up the stairs. We were a happy family, and yet, we still are. I walk towards the stairs and chase after Aether. They were all playing, I went downstairs for a while to do some stuff such as make lunch. Then I heard no noise upstairs after I finished cooking, hm, how strange. I walk through the hall and went up the stairs. I opened the door.

They were all sleeping.
( I said this in a happy way.)

The story is now completed! I feel like my hands are hurting, btw, I hope you liked it! I soon finished the story. I'll give you a bonus, so you can re-read it anytime or just enjoy my other stories! This ending was really cute though! I didn't know what to name the children, so I named them something I randomly thought of. Anyways they were a happy family. :) THE END IS NOW FINISHED!
