Technoblade and Ophelia started walking back to the edge of town, where Carl was. As they walked Ophelia took the time to enjoy how lovely the little town was. You could hear lighthearted music playing, the sounds of metal clashing as the blacksmith worked, people around, talking and gossiping, Ophelia decided this was her favorite place in this strange part of the world.

"So what's your plan?" Technoblade asked, pulling Ophelia from her deep trance. "hmm?" she asked, looking towards the man. "You're a princess on the run, the fact that you'd runaway from a life of riches and royalty means there had to have been a good enough reason, so please tell me you at least have a plan."

"I have a plan, I have a plan!" Ophelia assured, not wanted the man to think she was reckless, though from the look on his face she could tell he didn't believe her.

Ophelia sighed, "I need to take over the throne, my father has,,, plans. He wanted to enslave all species who aren't faye. He already as two species, the endermen and the slimes. He won't stop until he has them all, I need to put an end to this." Technoblade nodded, thinking.

"There's only two ways I can take over the throne." Ophelia continued, "My father dies, or I take an act of great diplomacy, uniting our kingdom for the greater good." Technoblade looked at the girl, who know had a troublesome look on her face "meaning..?" he asked, cautiously, wondering if he actually wanted to know.

Ophelia sighed, "I have to marry a king or a god." Silence filled the air between them as the two kept walking.

Soon they came upon the herbs shop, that had a little wooden sign hanging down that said "Flowersfoot" It was an odd name sure, but it was the only herbs shop in town.

As they walked in they were greeting with the smell of many different herbs and melting wax. Behind a wooden counter stood a girl, dirty blonde hair cascading down her back, dark blue glasses framed her blue eyes, that seemed to turn grey as she shifted under the light. Freckles were sprinkled across her cheeks and even from away Ophelia could tell the girl was around nine inches shorter than she was.

The girl at the counter looked up and let a smile play across her face "Hi!" she greeted "Welcome to flowersfoot! take a stroll around and if you have any questions you can ask me or, wait where did" The girl stopped in her introduction and turned, looking for something. "Beloved?" she called out, as another girl, walked out into the main area of the store.

Unlike the first girl, the second one was only a couple inches shorter than Ophelia, she had pink hair that curled down to her shoulders and dark brown eyes. Just about the only thing they had in common was the freckles on their cheeks. "Hi!" The tall one greeted, "I'm flowers! and surely you've already met Rose!"

Ophelia smiled at the two "Hello! I'm here for a restock on some basic herbs and maybe a few healing candles or manifesting candles"

Once Ophelia was done restocking her and Technoblade made their way back to Carl. Once again the man held her waisted and perched her on top of the horse before climbing on himself.

With bags in hand Ophelia held onto Technoblade's torso and they started their trip back to the cabin.

Once they reached his house Technoblade went to feed Carl and Ophelia went inside to put her clothes, herbs, and candles in a chest beside her bed. After putting everything away and heading back up to the main room she was greeting with Technoblade, who was starting a fire in the fireplace.

"I know you've already done a lot for me," She started, watching him nervously, "But I was hoping for one last favor." Technoblade turned to look at her, encouraging her to continue with her question.

"I need to find Dream." She said, twiddling with her fingers "I need to ask him to marry me, he's one of the most powerful people and marrying him will for sure grant me the throne."

Technoblade sat on the ground in front of the fire and the girl followed, sitting in front of him. "I can help you." he said, after thinking for a moment, "really?" Ophelia asked, excitement and hope filling her voice.

"I know how to get in contact with Dream. So, leave it to me, i'll send him a message and ask him to meet here." The girls smile grew wide as she let out a little squeal before throwing her arms around Technoblade in a hug.

Shocked, he didn't move or hug her back, though it only lasted for a second before she realized what she did and pulled away "Oh! Sorry, I don't know what came over me," She said looking down at her lap as an uncomfortable silence grew around them.

After a few minutes of sitting in silence Ophelia spoke up "Do you want to try some of the bread we got from Niki's bakery today?" she asked, smiling when he answered in a short "sure".

Grabbing her basket she set grabbed two miniature loaves, just smaller than their hands and handed one to Technoblade. The two sat in silence eating, until Techno look at the girl, and amusement crossed his face. Ophelia looked back at him but before she could ask anything he reached his hand up, cupping the side of her face.

Ophelia froze in shock, her face growing red. Before she could lean closer to the man she felt his thumb brush the side of her face before he pulled back. "You're a messy eater" He said simply, a small grin crossing his face as he brushed off the crumbs from her face.

Embarrassment lit Ophelia's face on fire as she groaned and buried her head in her hands. A small chuckle escaped from Technoblade's lips. "You know for a princess you're not the most..." he paused thinking of the least mean way he could say it, "princess-y"

Ophelia looked up from her hands "you're never gonna let the princess thing go are you?" she said in playful annoyance. Technoblade shook his head "Never."
