Athy looks at me and smiles ok this is weird I think I'm starting to like her “Athy don't be rude to Scarlet” my mom said. Athy said nothing and walked away in the house “and Leo why won't you invite Scarlet I think more the merrier” my mother said I screamed “WHAT do you mean invite Scarlet it was just going to be me Alyssa and Garrett but then you asked me to bring Athy and I said Ok why am I obligated to bring Scarlet why can't she go home you know she doesn't like me?!” my parents looked at me with surprised faces. I just went in the house and I was so done with them.
When I went into the house I saw Athy sitting in a chair in the kitchen on her phone and as I walked into the living room I saw Garrett on the couch so I sat next to him. “What do you want to do,” I say he looks at me and starts thinking “let's go play in the park!” he said with a smile on his face so I smiled back at him “sure” as we walked out of the house I saw my parents left, I guess they were not taking scarlet “what a drag” I whispered. Garrett and I went to the playground and played tag and other games. When it was dark we decided to go back to the house. I was really tired when we were back and I went upstairs and changed my clothes as I was about to lay down. I wanted to drink some water so I turned my light on and went downstairs.
I was so quiet down there I could hear the silence. I grabbed a cup and filled it with water then took a little sip of it and went upstairs. When I was up there I saw Athy up and asked her in a whisper voice “What are you doing up Athy” she sighs and says “N- no-nothing” “Are you sure you ok” I replied to her stuttering “I-i j- just had a nightmare” I could barely hear but I got the gist of it so I told her “You can sleep in my room tonight” she looked up at me with teary eyes and said, “ a-are you s-sure” “of course” I replied and took her into my room. I set my glass of water and went under the covers with Athy by my side.Words: 420
