Upon arriving home that night it was clear that James had gotten off of work early. When she had walked through the door the room was dim, lit with candles and James had stood there with a bouquet of her favorite flowers, peonies and cherry blossoms, in hand.

"What's going on, James?" She questioned, already knowing what he was thinking.

"Well, since I had to work late on Valentine's Day and we really haven't had a chance to do anything I thought today would be the perfect time to finally celebrate," he explained.

"What are we celebrating?" She asked him.

"Love. More specifically, our love," he said as he pulled her in by her waist and kissing the top of her head and swaying her back and forth.

"Marry me?" He asked after about ten minutes, still holding her in his arms.

"What?" Stacy breathed out, only slightly pulling away from him.

"Marry me?"

Stacy still hadn't answered, she only continued to sway back and forth in his arms. Finally, after what felt like a life time for the couple, which had actually only been about a minute and a half, she looked up at him and gave him her answer.

After breathing out a simple 'yes', he slipped the ring onto her finger and pulled her in for a kiss, it only becoming deeper and more passionate the longer it lasted.

The next morning, Stacy had woken up tangled in her sheets with Bucky beside her, sound asleep, looking more peaceful than she had ever seen him.

After getting out of their bed, Stacy began walking to the bathroom when she heard Bucky behind her. "What are doing up so early?" He asked, groggily.

"It's not early, baby, it's almost noon and we're meeting Steve for lunch. Therefor, I'm going to take a shower. So, do you wanna join me?" She asked, mischievously.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world, but we gotta be quick. Steve will kill us if we're late."

After getting out of the shower and getting dressed, the couple headed to the restaurant that they were meeting Steve at.

Upon arriving, Stacy immediately recognized a woman sitting in a booth, in the corner of the room.

She followed Bucky to their table, at which Steve had already arrived. As soon as the three were sat down at the table, she excused herself to the bathroom, the woman from the corner of the room not far behind her.

Stacy waited for the door to shut behind her, before turning around and facing the person behind her.
