Chapter 5

Panic attack- rape and murder
(Just so you know, I have zero experience with panic attacks so I apologize if it's a bit off)

An unknown number sent Amity a video of something that happened to her many years ago, something she tried her hardest to forget. And while she seemed focused on whatever was sent to her Luz went to the bathroom.

-5 years ago-
Amity was in the backyard with her older cousin, he was only older by a few months, so they got along quite well. Anyways, they were picking flowers because, Edric decided he wanted to make everyone flower crowns, Amity and Lennon were more than happy to go pick the flowers from the backyard, they were almost finished when they heard what sounded like an injured animal crying in the woods, Amity being the sweet and curious little girl she was decided to go towards it much to her cousins dismay.

They found a pack of wolfs hovering over a wolf cub that seemed to be stuck under a pretty big boulder, after assuring the wolfs that they were completely unarmed they were allowed to help set the cub free. After that they realized they were lost having not payed any attention on their way there, Amity began panicking a bit, until Lennon assured her they were going to be fine.

After a few minutes of walking they met a man who claimed to be familiar with the woods and would help them get back home, before either of them could say anything, the man grabbed them both by the wrist and started talking about all the animals he's ran into that day. Once he stopped walking the two children stumbled upon their feet not expecting the sudden stop, the man then hit Amity in the head with something, he picked the small girl up before she hit the ground, he then turned to the boy telling him to open the door of the cabin that they had stopped at if he didn't want her to get hurt, the boy obviously listened, not knowing that that was a huge mistake.

When Amity woke up she heard Lennon crying and searched for him, only to realize she was tied to a bed with ropes on both of her wrists and ankles, so she looked with her eyes and found her older cousin tied up on the ground in nothing but his boxers and the man that was suppose to be helping them buttoning his pants, but stopped when he noticed she was awake. The man looked at her and smiled saying "Your turn." In a raspy voice. He then dropped his pants back on the ground and slowly walked over to Amity, who was desperately trying to free her hands but couldn't, the man crawled on the bed slowly.

(You know what happened, I don't really want to write that, cuz I'd probably start crying. Anyways after that!)

The man got up fixing his pants and went through a door which Amity assumed lead to the kitchen because the man came back a few seconds later with a big knife, he smiled at Amity and then went over to her cousin who was on the floor crying, the man then begin stabbing the young boy twenty-four times in the chest, ignoring the cries from both children. The man got up and went back through the door he had gone through earlier, and Amity heard a door shut and quickly begun to struggle trying to free her hands, succeeding she then quickly untied her ankles and ran over to her cousin, her tears falling onto his face. "I love you, and I'm sorry I couldn't keep you safe, but please... run." Said Lennon before he fell unconscious. Amity then heard a door close loudly and ran as fast as she could, ignoring what the man was yelling, after a few minutes of running she tripped over an outgrown root, and skinned her legg pretty badly, she then heard the man say something but it was blocked out by the loud sound of growling, Amity looked up and saw the wolf pack she helped earlier that day.

She had landed pretty close to there den and one wolf had recognized the sent of her perfume, they realized the girl was scared of the man who was slowly approaching her, and immediately protected her, tearing the mans limbs apart.

(I got the idea of the animals being able to realize or feel how someone is feeling from Pokemon detective Pikachu)

Once she had stopped crying two wolfs led her out of the woods, to which she patted there heads and smiled at them, in a way of thanking them because her voice was very drained from all the crying. They watched her go up to a little old lady who gave her some water and then helped her get home before they went back to there pack. It took Amity a while before she could talk about what had happened in the woods, leaving out the part that she was saved by a pack of wolfs. (Because she knew people would definitely try to hunt them) She then went to therapy for a few years.

-Back to the present-
Amity could feel tears falling from her eyes as she threw her phone across the room, startling the girl who just came out of the bathroom.
