When galaxy finally died in shanaynay IV, he went to hell, and not heaven. His backstory did not refute his crimes and he was still a bad person.

Shanaynay is obviously history, considering that it's all mentioned in past tense. The Oracle lived for a really long time... The Oracle must have to do something with Shanaynayland and its history.
