Do I only deserve pain?

Arjun just keeps staring at her and then suddenly he also falls asleep beside her holding her in his strong warrior arms.

Draupadi was now awake because she needed water as her throat was drying. She was still feeling very weak and also her whole body was still paining badly. She tried getting out of arjun's strong grip but all her tries went in vain. 

Finally she sighs and pushes him away resulting her wrists to get hurt. She winces in pain causing arjun to become alert and wake up suddenly.

Once he gets up, he holds her wrists and says angrily "why do you want to hurt yourself, can't you just be quiet and sit in one place patiently."

Draupadi angrily pulls away her hands back and says "what's it to you. Anyways you want me to pay and hurt me right then why are you acting as if you care about me. I don't need your sympathy just go away from here and leave me alone."

Listening to this, arjun gets very angry. And all his care for draupadi vanishes away in seconds. 

He purposely pressed her wrist with full pressure causing her to wince in pain and he says in a dangerous voice "I was not acting. But now that you have decided to wake up a sleeping lion after entering his den, now I think you deserve this kind of treatment and don't worry dasi draupadi I will give you more pain and suffering for this only reason I have married you." 

And then he stamps on her injured leg purposely causing her to cry out in pain. He then pushes her harshly on the floor and goes out of the vaidyashala. 

Draupadi keeps sitting on the ground and keeps crying. After an hour she finally decides to get up because of constant crying, her thirst increases more and the need of water grows more.

She gets up somehow with the support of a pillar beside her. Once she gets up, her leg starts paining more. She has difficultly in walking but she forces herself to walk making her leg pain more. She goes near the jug of water and drinks two glass of water.

Once she's done after that she couldn't tolerate the pain anymore. Finally she shouts out in pain and again falls down and starts crying badly. She starts shivering and suddenly she feels dizzy and suddenly she falls unconscious again.

Vrushali who was passing through vaidyashala runs inside after listening to draupadi's shout. Once she goes inside, she is shocked after seeing the sight in front of her.

She rushes towards draupadi and says "draupadi wake up dear. what's wrong? come on, wake up please." But she gets no response.  She gets scared and shouts loudly "arya, bhrata arjun come her fast." 

Listening to vrushali's shout, arjun and karna rush into vaidyashala. And both are shocked. Vrushali says in a panicked voice "bhrata arjun see what has happened to draupadi, she isn't responding to anything."

Arjun  quickly rushes near her and picks draupadi in a bridal style and gently lays her on the bed. He then calls rajvaidya. 

Vrushali hugs karna and karna tries to calm her down. Arjun just keeps pacing here and there. Karna sees this and says in a serious voice "arjun, I want to talk to you,come with me right now." Arjun just looks at karna and nods.

Then karna looks at vrushali and says lovingly "and priye, you stay with draupadi, she will need someone beside her once she wakes up."

Vrushali nods and goes towards draupadi who was now sleeping peacefully on the bed. Vrushali goes and sits beside her bed.

Then karna and arjun go towards the garden and while walking in the garden suddenly karna starts speaking "arjun tell me the truth. What's going on between you and draupadi. I mean how are you treating each other"
