It was the day of drishtyadyumna's rajya abhishek and Kuru family of Hastinapur had reached Panchal and they were welcomed by drishtyadyumna and shikhandini as draupadi was very angry that the people who killed her father were invited for this auspicious ceremony.

After some time it was time for the abhishek and the pandits started chanting mantras all the king and princes and the royal ladies took their assigned places. 

Suddenly drishtyadyumna notices that draupadi is not there. He says "please stop the ceremony for some time let draupadi come first"

Shikhandini hears this and she goes near him and says "bhrata drishtyadyumna can I talk to you, please come with me for a minute"

Drishtyadyumna nods and they both go near draupadi's chamber and shikhandini says "bhrata I tried convincing draupadi to come out of her chamber but she is just saying that she will only come out for the ceremony when the Hastinapur's kuru family goes from here"

Drishtyadyumna says "but that's not possible and now I don't want any further arguments, just make her get ready and bring her for this ceremony. And yes as we have lost the war so according to the rules we will have to get draupadi married to rajkumar arjun of Hastinapur"

Shikhandini is shocked and says "what are you saying bhrata drishtyadyumna, they killed our father and you are getting her married to rajkumar arjun what's the guarantee that she will be safe over there"

Drishtyadyumna says "but we have no other option we have lost the war and according to war rules the losing kingdom has to get the princess of that kingdom married to the rajkumar of winning kingdom and also do you remember that before leaving for war pitashree had told that he wished to get draupadi married to rajkumar arjun of Hastinapur the greatest archer of the whole aryavart and that was his last wish so are you telling me that we should not complete pitashree's last wish"

Now even shikhandini thought for a minute and said "bhrata I think you are right and yes its our duty to fulfill pitashree's last wish and I still can't believe that pandavas killed pitashree I think that its the work of that evil kauravas and that gandhar raj shakuni because pandavas are followers of dharma so they can never do this adharma"

Drishtyadyumna nods and says "you are right but the sooner draupadi understands this the more successful will be her life after marriage"

Shikhandini nods and says "don't worry bhrata I will make her ready and bring out you go and continue the abhishek"

He nods and goes away. Shikhandini somehow convinces draupadi and bring her out. And the rajya abhishek takes place successfully without any obstacle.

After abhishek drishtyadyumna announces "I ,drishtyadyumna,the king of Panchal, today announce the marriage of rajkumar arjun and rajkumari draupadi to take place today,  now only at Panchal"

Draupadi looks at drishtyadyumna unbelievingly and shouts angrily "bhrata drishtyadyumna, I will not marry the person who killed my pitashree, I do not accept this marriage" 

drishtyadyumna looks at her sadly and says "sorry draupadi but you have to marry rajkumar arjun, it was pitashree's last wish, please don't make me force you"

Draupadi shouts "no,I will not marry him at any cost"  Then drishtyadyumna shouts angrily "draupadi listen to me,  its your fate, your destiny, when you were born at that time there was a prophecy that you will establish dharma in whole pf aryavart and you will change the history of aryavart so this marriage is important because your fate and your destiny has created this situation"

Suddenly arjun says "It was your pitashree's last wish and its your duty to fulfill it and also as per rules you have lost so you will have to marry me"
