chapter 13

Mist's POV

I was woken up to Gaybe shaking my shoulders. If she wasn't my friend I would of probably bitten her but luckily for her she was. When she noticed I was awake she stopped shaking me "was that really necessary" I said and punched her playfully in the arm and she nodded in reply, got of the bed and gave me a brush to use on my ears, tail and hair "thanks Gaybe" "no problem" she replied. I brushed my ears, tail and my hair, put on my necklace and headset and we headed to the food hall to eat breakfast and to meet Bodil.

When we got to the hall we looked around and saw bodil waving at us so we went over to him. When I sat down Gaybe went to go get her breakfast. "Aren't you going to eat?" Bodil asked me "since I'm a wolf I don't eat that regularly so no" I explained "there you go being all serious" Gaybe said from behind me and she took a seat. "Have either of you seen Quinton?" I asked my friends and they shock their heads "why?" Gaybe asked "he isn't at the table with the officers and I can't smell his sent" I pointed out "I wonder where he is" I said sounding worried since he was the first person I saw when I woke up in the forest. "If we go on my parkor map and get to the top you could try to find him then since it is pretty high up" bodil said, we agreed and he led up to the beginning of the map in the forest outside the walls of spawn city.

When we arrived at the beginning of the map I looked up and Bodil wasn't lying when he said it was high. I went into my wolf form so I could jump further and higher making it a bit easier and we set off to the top.

(Time skip)

After a while of doing the parkor I had gotten far behind my friends and they didn't notice. I jumped off the platform I was on but I never landed. It turns out that I jumped to far. I closed my eyes waiting for the impact but I felt a painful tug on my tail. I opened my eyes to see something long and blue warped around my headset which was hanging in front of me just out of my reach. I looked at my tail to see the same thing wrapped around it. I looked at what both the things where connected to and it was an evil creature. A squid. It only spoke one word to me "traitor" and it smiled wickedly at me. I couldn't do anything. I was helpless. "Mist!!" I heard two voices call. I turned my head towards the sound and saw Bodil and Gaybe running towards me and the creature. The squid followed my gaze and pulled me up, tied a muzzle on me meaning I couldn't bite it, got a tight grip on me and did something I didn't expect. It jumped off. I blacked out hearing the faint yells of my friends.

Gaybe's POV

We saw the squid jump of the platform with Mist. Me and bodil walked over to the edge and saw the squid and Mist land safely in the lake below. "Bodil we need to tell Sky" I said panicking slightly and he nodded in reply. We made our way down the map as fast as we could without plummeting to our death.

(Time skip)

We ran into the base and Bodil led me to sky's room and opened the door without knocking. When we walked in we where greeted by sky and Ty making out on the the sofa. When they noticed us they quickly broke apart and where blushing like crazy "have either of you heard of knocking" sky complained "knock knock" I said giggling slightly awkwardly "look sky this is important Mist has been kidnapped" bodil said "by who?" Sky asked. God he's an idiot "killer chickens" I said as a joke "let's go then" sky said dramatically "sky she was joking it was actually squids" Bodil corrected "right I knew that" sky said slightly embarrassed "well let's go then" I said getting inpatient "hold you're unipiggy's first we need a plan" sky said.

Mist's POV

I woke up on a small wooden just above the water. I looked around my surroundings and I realized that I was in a flooded cell. I dived into the water and looked across the hall to see a squid in armour and held a sword in its tentacle. It looked at me. "Nice to see you're awake traitor" he said and walked to the side of the cell revealing a mudkip but it wasn't any old mudkip. It was Quinton. "We thought we would get you're little fish friend just in case you tried any funny businesses" the squid explained while smirking causing me to growl. "Calm down we don't want anyone to get hurt" the squid said and held it's sword up to my friends neck causing me to stop. "What do you want?" I asked, looking away from the squid and Quinton. The squid came up to me and whispered into my ear the plan and I faintly heard Quinton say "no."

Sky's POV

(Time skip to a week later)

It's been a week since Quinton and Mist where taken and it has really taken it's effect on everyone since we have no way of finding them at the moment. We checked the pond where Mist was taken and we saw there where cave systems but we have no way of looking in them since the caves go on forever and none of us can hold our breath for that long. Normally we would have Quinton or anyone who can breathe underwater to search them but the only people who can do that where Quinton and Mist but both of them are gone.

For the past week livestock has been killed by something but we can't tell what it is since we can't find a bite mark In other words they where torn apart as if to hide who and what they are.
