As Long As You're Happy..

(NON PLATONIC)

        Some peaceful afternoon, Garcello was about to leave the house to go rap battle with boyfriend. They did it quite often after the night they met. As Garcello put on his grey overcoat, Annie ran up to him looking curious.

        "Where ya going?" She asked looking up at him. "Me and boyfriend are having another rap battle!" Garcello responded. Annie's face lit up. "Can I come?!" She asked excitedly. This was the first time she's ever asked to come with them. "Well, this time was just for me and boyfriend, not even girlfriend is coming today. Maybe another day? We are planning to have a public one next week!" Garcello said. Annie frowned. "Awww.. okay ):" She said disappointingly. "Promise to come back right when you're done?" Garcello smiled at her. "Of course I will! When have I not come home immediately after a rap battle?" He asked. Annie shrugged. "I promise I'll be back immediately when we're done!" Garcello said. He pulled Annie into a hug. Annie laughed a bit. "Alright Garcy, love you!" She said. "I love you too!" Garcello replied, walking out the door.

        Annie decided to go play some video games. She went to her and Garcello's bedroom, sat on the bed, turned on the Xbox, and logged onto Minecraft. She played for hours and hours, eventually losing track of time! She eventually noticed it was pitch black outside, so she picked up her phone to check the time. 11:30 pm. "Where's Garcy?" She thought. She turned off the Xbox and decided to go out and look for him.

        Annie grabbed her liquid, knowing it's not really safe for someone like her to go out at night alone. She walked outside the house and walked around the city for a while calling out Garcello's nickname which was of course, "Garcy." Suddenly Annie noticed an alleyway with light green smoke coming from it, hearing her boyfriend's calming voice singing a familiar song.. it kinda sounded like the song she made up herself but slower.. "lover"? She peeked around the alleyway, and what she saw made her drop her liquid.

        Garcello was a ghost, his body lie lifeless behind him. Annie's entire body began to shake with fear. Garcello was quickly fading away as it neared midnight. "Garcello?!" She ran over to him and tried to hug him but it was too late. He was completely gone. Not even a ghost. Annie was on her knees next to his lifeless body. Her everything was gone. Tears began pouring down her face when she felt a hand on her shoulder. "Hey.. I'm.. really sorry about Garcello.." Annie looked up. It was boyfriend. "Oh.. I'm sorry boyfriend.. I-I didn't even notice you were here.." she said, her voice shaky. "It's alright Annie, it's understandable." Boyfriend said. Annie looked down at Garcello's body. There was a moment of silence before Annie finally broke down into tears. "Hey.. heyy.. it's gonna be oka-" boyfriend was interrupted by Annie. "ITS NOT GONNA BE OKAY BOYFRIEND. HE WAS MY EVERYTHING! MY WHOLE WORLD. MY HAPPINESS. I CANT BE WITHOUT HIM.." She cried.

         Girlfriend came around a few minutes later looking for boyfriend for the same reason Annie came looking for Garcello. "Hey boyfriend! Whats taking so.." she noticed the shocking scene in front of her. "Oh no.." Girlfriend walked closer to them. "What happened..?" Boyfriend looked at girlfriend. "Hes.. gone." Girlfriend looked sad for a moment, Then she remembered the deal Garcello made with her dad..

         "Wait.." she said. "I think I know how to bring him back!" Annie looked up at girlfriend. "Really..?" She asked. "Yeah! My dad has the ability to bring others back to life!" Girlfriend said. Annies face lit up. "You better not be joking.." Girlfriend then summoned her dad by snapping her finger.

           "G, why are you out here at midnight with two goons and a dead homeless man?" DD asked.  Girlfriend looked up at him embarrassed. "They aren't goons, Dad this is my boyfriend remember! And our friend Annie here has lost her Boyfriend, GARCELLO!" she yelled. "I need you to bring him back as soon as you can dad! Garcello was a good man, he didn't deserve to die like this!" DD laughed a bit. "Why would i bring back a useless homeless man who-" he was interrupted by Girlfriend whispering the deal between Garcello and him in DD's ear. He immediately changed his mind. "Right, ill be right back." He said before teleporting himself and Garcello away somewhere.

        "Ugh.. GF this better work.. i don't wanna go another minute knowing he's gone.." Annie said, her face stained with tears. Girlfriend sighed. "Annie of course it's gonna work, I've seen the Dearests bring people back all the time!" Bf reassured Annie. "Yeah! BFs right, we just have to wait a few minutes." Gf said, smiling at Annie. The couple sat next to Annie. "I sure hope so.. Garcy was my everything.. he straight up saved me from being homeless.." Annie said. Gf looked over at her. "Well maybe don't say he "was" your everything, say he is your everything." GF said. "It just sounds better!"

           "Alright.. i guess." Annie said. "How'd he die in the first place?" Boyfriend sighed. "The cigarettes got to em.. he said his chest felt funny but I wanted him to sing another song.." Annie looked pissed. "Boyfriend! If he said his chest felt funny then you should've stopped and just let him come home you idiot!" Annie yelled. " i know.. I'm so sorry." Boyfriend buried his face in his hands. "I was just-"

           "Hey im back from McDonald's!" A voice said from the front of the alleyway. The three looked up. "Garcy!" Annie shouted. She got up, ran over to him and hugged him tightly. Garcello hugged her back. "Hey my love!" Boyfriend and Girlfriend sighed in relief. "Garcello, i'm so glad your back!" Girlfriend said. "It would've been so sad if you were gone for good, and Annie would probably go insane.." BF nodded in agreement. Garcello looked confused. "Huh? I just went over to Mcdonalds?" Then he realized why everyone was so happy to see him. "..The cigarettes took me.. i probably didn't go to the real McDonalds huh." He asked. "Yeah.." Boyfriend said. "Please Garcy, can you try to stay away from the cigarettes now..?" Garcello sighed. "I'll try just as long as you're happy, Ann'." He said. 

          Boyfriend yawned. "Its getting really late now.. i think we should get going." He said.  Garcello smiled and replied; "Yeah.. GF make sure to tell your dad i said thank you." 

"I will." GF said.

           The rest of the night was simple. Garcello and Annie said bye to Boyfriend and Girlfriend, Annie grabbing her liquid as they left the alleyway. The duo walked home together and arrived at about 2 am. After they got ready for bed and went to their bedroom, Garcello noticed Annie looking a bit sad. he asked her what was wrong. "Well.. i feel like you aren't really gonna try to stay away from your cigs because its an addiction.." Annie said. "I don't wanna lose you again.." Garcello sighed. "Yes it is an addiction, but i promise ill try and stay away from them!" He said, getting closer to Annie. "id never break a promise.. especially if its to you." he said. Annie smiled at him. "Alright." She said. She stuck her arms out, signaling Garcello she wanted a hug, so Garcello pulled her into a tight hug. "i love you so much Annie, and i always will." He said. 

"I love you too Garcy.. forever." Annie replied.
