The Kingdom of Fiore. The home of wizards. Like its name means flower, all the cities in Fiore are full of nature. As a wizard and part of the strongest guild in Fiore, Fairy Tail, Louisa always gets lost around this place, Ishgar, Magic Council Headquarters. She was supposed to be in the guild helping Mira and might find an easy job for herself, yet she was in Era, surrounded by the 10 Wizard Saints –well, only 9 of them came.
Master Makarov Dreyar, known as the Master of Fairy Tail and one of 10 Wizard Saints, kept on persuading Louisa to attend the Magic Council over and over again. She had specifically turned down the invitation from the council to become one of 10 Wizard Saints. She felt she wasn't good enough to replace one of the Wizard Saints. Unfortunately, the council was too stubborn and cunning to keep pulling her into the Magic Council. Even after her refusal, she always had special requests from the council which were almost as difficult as it meant for S-Class mages or Ten Wizard Saints.
Louisa was so annoyed. Another sigh for herself because she was in the same situation again.
The meeting always discussed the same things as usual, such as about some dark guild wizard that needed to be stopped or anything related to it.
"You seem feeling blue, Dear Louisa," Master of Phantom Lord, Jose Porla, smirked at her as a mockery rather than a word of genuine concern.
"Yes, indeed I am Master Jose, I don't think the council needs me to be here. This place is for 10 Wizard Saints, not for some stranger like me."
"Well, you are in here as Makarov's representative. I can't blame him for being old and weak. Perhaps you should take his position as the new Wizard Saints." Another mocking comment to her master and herself. Louisa could only laugh at it as a joke. She needn't be angry.
Louisa had to change the topic of their conversation. "I heard you got a very important request from a rich individual. It must be lucky for you."
"Yes, this individual wants to find his lost daughter. I have to say, it's very difficult to find her. No wonder why the money price is so spectacular." He laughed at how much jewels he would get later.
Louisa excused herself to leave him, only to meet with Siegrain. Siegrain seemed to be enjoying what he had just watched. "Did you hear the news, Louisa? Another victory for the Fairy Tail wizard saved the day."
"Siegrain." Louisa looked confused. She wanted to ask, but Erza once warned her to stay away from him.
At the same time, Louisa didn't like how this man laughed at her guild.
"But, as usual another damage to Fairy Tail as well," Siegrain handed Louisa a bunch of complaint papers. "I have to say Louisa, you are acting more like the master of Fairy Tail. Why don't you take the title instead?" Asked Siegrain.
"Oh no, I don't want it. I come here because there are no other S-Class mages available to represent grandpa today." Louisa always kept her attitude at the Magic Council Headquarters. Fairy Tail's name was bad enough, she didn't need to add more burden for its reputation.
Siegrain sighed, "I want to meet Erza... what a shame..."

Louisa's eyes went darkened. She maintained her attitude with a poker face then left, ignoring his arrogant smile. It is certainly not a good experience here.

Magnolia Town has always felt like home to Louisa. She's known in this town as one of the strongest mages in Fairy Tail. Louisa of Fairy Tail, The Fairy Gem, The Crystal Wizard, Owner of a rare type of magic. She's caster magic and holder magic. She's capable of producing crystals and using any gemstone as her magic.
Crystal Magic is almost similar to Molding Magic. It can create something in many different forms and shapes. What makes the crystal magic special is the ability to store magic power inside the crystal. Louisa can use gemstones as catalyst to release all kinds of magic within it. It takes millennia to store all types of magic power inside the crystal or gemstones, but Louisa can do it in seconds.
She's not an S-Class Wizard, but has special status in Magic Council, Fairy Tail, and Mages Community. She was rumored to be one of Ten Wizard Saints –well, she wasn't what the rumors said.
Louisa daily life, sometimes helping Mira and Master Makarov with new job applications for her family in guild.
Louisa is a Fairy Tail wizard. She's –according to her, an ordinary mage.

Master Makarov looked pretty angry with those complaint papers that Louisa gave him. Louisa prepared for any lecture that her master would give, but she only saw the sigh and smile from that old grandpa.
"Those kids need to be more careful, fufufu... but I'm more grateful for their safety and... their belief in the path that they choose."
Louis fell silent. She remembered Siegrain's earlier words about acting as guild master. She had always thought that someone with strong magic power deserved to be the master of the guild. But Louisa knew that there was something, one condition to become a master. She had no idea what it was.

"Grandpa," Louisa's voice sounded soft and low, "They just destroy the city property. Isn't this an act of crime?"
