Louisa was still waiting for Erza to arrive. Master Makarov is now attending the conference. She couldn't use the Lacrima at the magic council, it would look inappropriate. She wanted to tell them about the Lullaby job she accepted, but unfortunately she didn't find it in the Wizard's Job Board. Maybe this is a secret comission, so it didn't spread publicly around the guilds.
Louisa couldn't wait any longer. She had to find Erza.
While Louisa was still in her mind –thinking everything, her teammate actually got into a fight with Natsu.

"You have your own teammate, just mind your own!" Natsu said angrily to Gray.
"We will find a job, fire freak!"
"What!!"
Suddenly, Loke slammed the door. "It's Erza... She's back!"
A loud scream came from within the guild while Louisa was feeling happy and grateful. She is here. Red hair with armor. Fairy Tail's strongest mage, Titania, Erza Scarlet.

"I've returned. Is the master here?" Erza asked Mira. Doesn't care about the others staring at her... thing.
"S-So pretty...!" Lucy's commented.
"Welcome back! The master's at a conference." Mira answered.
"I see."
Before Louisa had time to ask Erza, the red-haired woman had already used her sharp tongue to comment on each and every guild member. "On the road, I heard that Fairy Tail has been causing yet more trouble. The master may not care, but I do!"
Louisa tried to ask again but she was scared.
"Are Natsu and Gray here?" Erza asked.
