"EVIE, WAKE UP!" Dustin's voice rang from the other side of Evelyn's door. His fist pounding on the wooden door.

Evelyn, who had just snuck back into her room approximately 3 hours ago, let out a tired groan. Throwing her covers off her body, she drags herself out of bed and heads to her bathroom.

After the strange vision or whatever you'd like to call it, Evelyn couldn't shut her eyes for a second. She just kept recalling what she had seen, trying to figure out what exactly she had seen. But no matter what she came up with, all signs pointed to that place—to those people.

"Douche bag Harrington is here!" Evelyn could hear her brother yell down the hall. Rolling her eyes, she grabs her bag and exits her room.

"Bye mom," Evelyn quickly kissed her mothers cheek. "Bye, Dusty."

"Sweetie, aren't you going to eat something?" Her mother worriedly called out as Evelyn was about to step out the house.

She lets out a quick "I'm okay!" Before shutting the door, and heading for Steve's car.

"Jesus, Eve. You know how worried I was when I saw you left?" Steve exasperated as she got into the car. "Sorry, i had to get home before my mom or Dustin noticed I was still gone."

"Wake me up next time. I could've dropped you off."

It was a short and quiet ride to the school, beside the music that played and the occasional conversation. Other than that, Evelyn sat applying her makeup that she didn't get to do before leaving the house.

On the way to school, Steve picked up Tommy H. and Carol who both waited at Tommy's.

"Man, what happened with you last night was freaky." Tommy spoke, leaning forward in his seat where he sat behind Steve. "Yeah, you almost had Steve crying like a baby." Carol chimed in, laughing with that obnoxious laugh she had.

Tommy joined in on the laughter, making Steve roll his eyes in annoyance and embarrassment. "Ha ha, guys. Very funny."

"No, but seriously, shit looked like you were possessed." Tommy said with a small chuckle and his eyebrows raised.

"Then I guess you better watch out, huh Tommy?" Evelyn smiled back innocently. She watched as his facial expression dropped, actually frightened by the look in her eyes.

The couple immediately stopped talking and right on time, Steve pulled into the school parking lot. Once he parked, Evelyn wasted no time on getting out of the vehicle, swinging her bag around her shoulder.

"Hey, you want me to walk you to class?" Steve called out when she began to walk in the direction of the school. Evelyn placed her sunglasses over her eyes, giving Steve a wave without turning to him. "No, thanks. I'm sure you wouldn't want to keep princess Nancy waiting."
