Chapter 10

Y/n's pov

I saw that enough troops had recovered enough to continue an assault. "Jedi Knight Organa, I need you to continue the assault," Krell ordered as he walked over to me as I finished cleaning my lightsaber "Sir, might I suggest we use their own equipment against them?" I said "I will make the plan, and we do not know how it works, so no," he growled and walked away. 

I was now back on the main road, an AT-ST was following us, and I had only around fifty troopers under my command. Which is bad compared to the couple hundred I had before. "Y/n, are you sure this is a good idea?" Fives asked "I've been opposed to the plan from the start, this is just one big suicide mission," I replied "well at least we got the AT-ST with us now," he said "I doubt it'll do anything," I sighed "sorry to ask General, but what do you mean?" Jesse asked "the umbarans have the most advanced military in the galaxy, the infinite empire is the only thing known to have rivaled it," I explained "what's the infinite empire?" Rex asked "an empire that relied on the force, it was similar to the sith empire," I summed up. 

The longer we walked the more I felt something was wrong in the force. "Feel anything?" Fives asked "yeah, a bad feeling," I replied grabbing the hilt of my lightsaber just in case. I then had an idea "I need you all to protect me for a moment," I ordered getting in a lotus position "what is he doing?" Jesse whispered to Fives "a jedi thing," he replied "you get used to it," Rex said and I looked into the force. 

In force land

I looked around and saw that I was no longer on Umbara "what is this place?" I muttered "this is the realm of the living force," "Qui-gon?" I asked in surprise "hello there, how have you been?" he asked appearing in front of me "a bit of subtlety next time please? and I've not been that great," I replied "how so?" he asked placing a hand on my shoulder "Krell, he's ordered me to take some clones, one being my best friend, on a suicide mission on Umbara," I explained "you worry for their safety, I assure you, they are fine. For every hour that passes here, only a few seconds pass in the mortal world," he said "come, I have something to show you," I nodded and followed him.

After walking for a while I saw some people. "Who are they?" I asked "they can introduce themselves," Qui-gon said with a smile as they noticed me "hello child, I am Revan," you looked back at them and recognised they were all fallen jedi "wait... Darth Revan, or jedi Revan?" I asked and got a chuckle "there isn't really a difference Y/n, but in a way, jedi Revan," he replied "I am Bastila Shan-" "yeah I know, you had a kid with him," I interrupted gesturing to Revan "I did, how did you know?" she asked with a gentle smile "I know more about jedi and sith history than almost anyone," I said. I glanced around and knew most, the ones I recognise are: Qui-gon, Revan, Bastila and Satele Shan, N'Kata Del Gormo, Kantam Sy, Exar Kun, and finally Kreia. "Why am I here?" I asked "you were seeking knowledge, you always have sought after it and likely always will. You are not bothered by if it is light side, or dark side oriented. It makes you different to most jedi," Kreia replied "you can't understand the force without knowing all it's aspects," I said "agreed, most of us agree. We would like to train you," Revan stated putting his hands on my shoulders "Qui-gon mentioned that time works differently here, how long will what you want to teach me take in the mortal world?" I asked "your first lesson should only take... around ten minutes," Satele replied with a soft smile, I nodded and the training began.

In people land

Rex's pov

"Any idea on how long General Organa is gonna take?" one trooper, Dogma, asked "no, but he shouldn't take too long," Fives replied and we continued to make sure General Organa was protected. 

A few minutes later General Organa opened his eyes and stood up, "find out what the issue is?" Fives asked "no," he bluntly replied and walked off. 

After ten minutes of walking we were ambushed again. Before either of us could give an order General Organa had dealt with all of them. "Okay, he's awesome!" Hardcase yelled "thanks trooper, what's your name?" General Organa asked "it's Hardcase Sir," he replied "well, let's get moving," we all yelled out "yes Sir!" and continued walking.
