Ranboo pov~
The rest of my shift passed without much insident, and the heroes actually tipped almost double their bill. They were always throwing money at their problems and it disgusted me, but we needed the money.
Puffy let me leave at 4, meaning I'd get to the hero agency building a tad bit late, but with my telporting, it'd only be by a few minutes and Dream said anywhere from 4 till 6.
The hero agency building itself had enchantments all over it, just like every single hero team building, all cortesy of Foolish of cause, though Bad had warded it against demonic abilities. This of cause meant that I had to teleport to the outside, but that was fine by me.
I immediately teleported to our shared house, quickly putting on my vigilante outfit and putting Tommys in a better hiding place than spewed across the dining table.
I was really doing this.
I was really about to go and work for the very people I hated.
Theres got to be some sort of karma hidden there right?
Shaking my head, I teleoprted outside the glass doors of the hero agency, managing to scare one of the security guards. Before they could ask any questions, I walked straight through the doors and up to the main desk, holding my new key card against the reader. It instantly turned green and I heard a click of doors unlock, meaning I could go straight through and enter the maze of passageways and doors until I found the common room.
"Portal hey!" Wilbur waved from his seat at the table with his son, "Fundy, this is the one I was talking about". the fox hero nodded and walked up to me, putting his hand out while his tail was slowly wagging,
"Hi! I'm Vixen, or Fundy, whichever you prefer! Your that non-binary teleporting vigilante arent you?" He asked, I nodded and tentitively shook his hand, knowing he'd get upset if I didn't but after a second I retracted my hand.
I looked around, not many of the heroes were here. Noticing this, Wilbur guestured to a large timetable pinned to one of the walls. I silently walked over and studied it,
"It's a timetable of when all the groups have their shifts, you've just been added onto it aswell." Fundy informed me as I soaked in the information.
Monday

I looked back at Wilbur,
Quackity, he has to do the entire early morning by himself?
I asked, making the hero sigh, "yeah he does, its like this most days, though Slimecicle sometimes joins him." I cocked my head,
Why?
Wilbur hesistated, "the heroes... don't really like him." He spoke slowly, almost afraid of saying the wrong thing.
Well they should be glad that someones doing the work for them
I snapped before turning back twoarda the board.

So its a Wednesday, meaning Techno, Phil, you and I need to do a patrol or something at 9 right? And it's your day off right Fundy?
The fox hero eagily nodded, "yeah its my only one but I always make the most of it!" Wilbur chuckled at looked fondly at his son
Why'd I need to come here so early if I still have nearly 5 hours to kill? I have a day job you know and my boss isn't going to let me leave early every day.
Fundy flattered his ears at the slight aggression I let into my signing, so I quickly signed a quick "sorry".
Wilbur shook his head, "don't apologise you have a right to be angry. Today's the only day you need to come in so early as we need to set you up with gadgets and tell you all the correct information relevant to your new job."
Jesus these people were way too quick to trust.
Not that that isn't a bad thing considering I could use it against them.
