Ranboo pov~
I sighed as I zipped up the last of my villain outfit- a simple black and white top half fading into black on the bottom with grey details, the black being on my right and the white being on my left, much like my skin when I shift. My outfit did have a grey hood and a black mask that I could pull up for when I shifted back to my human skin, and they were currently in use.
Surprise surprise, my villain hideout was in the same place as where it was when I saved Quackity. I had only found this place a few weeks before I brought Quackity here, and I wasn't really a villain then, more of an accomplished thief, plus I was only 15 at the time.
I kept all my villainous stuff here, my gadgets, which were of cause stolen then revamped, my foldable dueled blades which I kept on me at all times when being a villain just in cause I get jumped on when I'm in my human skin, various tools, basic items such as long lasting food and water, extra clothing, maps and various pieces of paper, a worn down desk and a chair, and finally a bunch of blankets and a pillow in the corner. After everything that had happened, when I found this place I started living in it, and I lived in it for two years until I moved in with Tubbo and Tommy. They didn't know of my villain persona, heck they didn't even know of my hybrid enhancement, they thought I had mind and then a teleportation enhancement. But it was for the best, they could never know.
Besides, I couldn't get distracted now, I thought as I grabbed my folded blades and stuck them in the hidden pockets on the back of my hips and looked out to the city, it was hunting time.
No sound was heard as I shifted and leaped over the gap between the building roofs, quickly dropping onto all fours and running across the roofs, leaping and dodging all of the obsticals until I found myself staring straight at the hero agency. I was on a roof across the street from the building, and from here I could see through the heroes common room massive window that stretched from the floor to the ceiling.
It was a Friday, and it was almost 8am, meaning that the Dream Team should be going to patrol soon. And sure enough just on cue, Quackity came swooping in from my left and landed right infrount of the entrance, swiping his security card and walking straight in, while he couldn't fly, he could still glide from high buildings but he couldn't maintain that height for long.
Now all I had to do was wait.
I flicked by tail impatiently, the black scaly skin of my tail lazily dragging along the floor but I kept the black and white fluff at the end off the ground, I wouldn't want to dirty it before giving the heroes the fight of their lives.
Just as the big clock in the city chimed 8, I saw the four Dream Team members come out of the building through the main entrance, as very few heroes just jumped out the window. Having hated the heroes for a long time, I had a lot of information ion each of their individual enhancements and their drawbacks, as well as their fighting styles, methods they used ect.
First out the building- Dream, enhancement name gamedrop, ability to summon items from video games at will, as well as make them disappear just as quickly. Likes to use traps and large weapons such as axes. Is know to be able to trick and manipulate very easily.
Second out the building- George, enhancement name tech wizard, ability to hack into any system and programme anything. More of a follower and can use any weapon to a limited degree, mostly just uses a simple iron sword that Dream creates for him. Very gullible and can be quite loud
Third out the building- Bad, enhancement name demon, ability to become a full demon with wings, horns ect, is naturally always in a minor demon form, also has night vision and enhanced strength and agility. The only hero who fights closest to my style, with claws and teeth, he also fights on all fours sometimes. Known to be very caring and put his teammates before him.
And the last one out- Sapnap, enhancement name blazeflames, ability to manipulate and summon fire, also has fire resistance and can put flames on weapons. Fights with a flaming retractable sword and very skilled at archery. Known to be easy to provoke and has good reflexes.
Out of all of them, Dream was definitely the most dangerous, with Bad following shortly after due to the fact that he fights like me.
I quickly ran after the group, staying low on top of the buildings, waiting for them to leave the heavily crowed streets. The heroes know that I only attack in secluded areas, but they still have to check them.
After tailing the group for almost an hour, George and Sapnap made the foolish decision to take a shortcut through a quiet park, with Bad and Dream following shortly after.
Perfect.
The park was also heavily wooded in some areas, meaning that I could easily hide, and it meant that Sapnap couldn't really use his enhancement easily.
I silently leaped of the building and quickly stayed low and crept over to one of the trees, climbing into it and slowly moving forward to pose myself above the Dream Team,
"It's quiet here isn't it? Hey Sapnap you could totally take Karl here during the day!" George excitedly exclaimed, and Bad eagily nodded. From the looks of things, Dream was the only one who was still alert as he was slowly dragging his eyes across the park to look for any signs of danger,
"Yeah I'm sure he'd lik-" Sapnap cut himself off as a branch underneath me creaked, he looked up at my tree and furrowed his brows, intently looking straight at me, but he didn't see me. The flame hero sighed and looked down back at his team mates, "false alarm, must be a squirrel or something." both George and Bad looked away back at Dream. Now was the time to pounce.
I let out a low growl and silently unsheathed my claws. In a split second I lept down on top on Sapnap, causing him to shout and crumple onto the floor under my weight before I raked my claws across his cheek, I didn't get much further though as Bad slammed into me, making me hit a nearby tree and quickly regain my footing.
With all of the Dream Team members now alerted to my presence and all staring at me in a fighting stance, the battle was just getting started.
