what they ended up with was a clever piece of enchantment, you could choose from a piercing that could be attached to any part of the ear nose lip tongue, and other parts of the human body, a broach a necklace a ring a bracelet hair and a clip, that all had the same function and a lot of them have different colors and designs to avoid being used to identify people by it.
the item would show them the desired message or signal and since it was projected straight onto the eye no one else would see.

harry was worried about Draco he hadn't seen him in at least two days, he may have been busy with his own stuff but the blond was on his mind.

For the next few days, Harry was getting worried Draco hadn't been in touch and no one had seen him, even Severus shook his head no when harry met his eyes.
harry was rushing to meet with his generals when he ran into his brother, the boy seemed to be glowing and genuinely at peace and happy all alone.

without another word, he skipped off picking at dried paint on his hand and humming.
harry shook his head stuffed the bag into his pouch and went on his way.

harry met his generals and surprisingly Severus who merely pointed at luna.
"Draco is missing"

"indeed and I haven't heard from the dark lord, it doesn't sit well with me"
Severus drawled.
Susan piped up scaring harry.

"why don't you see if ludo can find him, he is the shadows and he has Draco's scent always popping up where the blond is"
Harry sighed.

"that's another problem Ludo isn't here, my familiar has been gone as well"
"perhaps Ludo is already with Draco, Ludo is your familiar you should be able to connect via magic"

luna made harry lay on the couch and he had to try and connect with a specific familiar tuning out the others.
it took a long time but he felt a spark and everything went very dark for him.
he focused more and saw two black paws, slowly he looked up to see Draco on the floor passed out along with at Harry's best guess about fifty young people all in black cloaks.
harry sniffed the blond and could smell the spell, not that he knew what it was by smell.
walking through the shadow in the wall to see outside was an...uncomfortable experience for harry.
one of the death eaters was bitching and from the look on the other one's face this had been going on for a long time.

"bloody traitors defecting where is the fucking loyalty hell even Malfoys boy was in there, no one has seen the fucker since his brat was knocked out fucking stupid recruits!"

harry ignored them and skulked around hoping to find out where they were.
halfway through the outside wall and he realized they were in Hogsmeade!
and fell back through the wall away from the big ass lunging snake.
Ludo took control back and fled forcing harry back to himself.
he tried to shake away the headache.

"Hogsmeade, get together a task force there are around fifty people in there that Draco has recruited also passed out, we will rescue all of them, dress to be mistaken for the order, also the snake is there"

everyone jumped into action harry himself he wouldn't stay idle, Severus couldn't come and risk being seen so he went to nosy around headquarters.
the other students staying tried to make it seem like sixty-odd students went missing, a few even utilizing police to have people seen.
they forced their way into the building throwing curses but not killing the death eaters inside, harry wanted the order to take the blame for this.
They started pulling unconscious people out and taking them to the town, harry personally grabbed Draco in a bridal carry and handed him off to Neville whom he trusted to deliver Draco safely and then return.
harry was nervous, the snake hadn't been seen.
"hurry up grab them and get out"
he relayed via the jewelry.
soon he was the last left and after another sweep left himself to go see his husband.
