Jin was helping Jimin to unpack his bag. After staying with Taehyung overnight, and disregarding his phone, after going home, he just learned that Jimin spent some nights with Yoongi. Jin was almost on the brink of inviting Taehyung over or giving in on Taehyung's invitation to stay again in his apartment, but Jin wanted to tease Taehyung more to test his patience.

"Gosh, I just realized I haven't seen you in a week. Yoongi introduced me to his parents. They are nice and very welcoming. But his manager was freaking out. You know, his manager's concern was how his fans would take the news. He will issue a statement soon. Anyway, I'm super happy. How about you? I was worried you did not reply to my messages. I am so excited to hear your story. Just please don't tell me you reconciled with Namjoon. I will strangle you."

Jin sat down on Jimin's bed with a thin smile. He was ashamed to look Jimin in the eye. If there was someone who hated Namjoon more than him, that would be Jimin. And he often defended Namjoon. Thinking about those times, he wished he listened to Jimin. Taking a deep breath, he recounted what had happened that day. Once done, Jin got startled when Jimin slapped his hand on the bedside table.

"That asshole!" Jimin placed his hands on his waist, visibly irritated, he could not even formulate the right words to say, "That's the reason why his presence alone annoys the shit out of me. He was barely there for you. I rarely saw him. You and he would pass as a couple in a long-distance relationship when clearly, he just lives around the city. But what's sickening to all that, was it was all planned. And his husband, his face is thicker than Namjoon's. Imagine, you would let your husband have a relationship with someone else just for money? What's the use of all those muscles? I mean, look at his body. He looks like he's living in a gym. Oh! Yeah! Maybe too much working out affected his brain function and the only job he could do was to steal and deceive. Disgusting pigs!"

Jin smiled smugly and raised an eyebrow at his friend, "You really need to mention his muscles?"

Jimin pouted as he sat down beside Jin, "Well, seriously, I'm glad you already discovered the truth. Taehyung really is your hero. It's funny that he learned your truth because you babble too much when drunk. I still don't like how he gave you money as if, you know. But anyway, looking at the bright side, that night you think was your worst experience ever isn't worst after all."

"Right and thank you. It's a lesson to me. But like what I've said, I thought I'll be miserable after our relationship. At first, I am feeling guilty for feeling alive and free. But now, I wanted to scream how happy I am. By the way, how's the baby? You went to the doctor with Yoongi, right?"

Jimin suddenly became excited again. He was ecstatic whenever he talked about Yoongi's adoration of their baby, "We listened to the baby's heartbeat and I cried. know that feeling exists. It was surreal. Yoongi even bought a doppler so he could listen to our baby all the time. He was so excited!"

They have been living together for quite a long time. Jin had never seen Jimin that happy and excited before. Sure, when he was in love, he was happy. But the joy in his eyes was different now. Perhaps, because of the baby. "I still can't believe you'll become a father soon. I am so happy for you. And I guess, you proved that what you perceive of Yoongi isn't correct. It seems to me that he really likes you."

"Well, I know. I didn't expect it to. He is actually very sweet and his parents like me too. But I don't want to rush things. I want to try us first then I'll see where will it take us. He wants the same too."

Jin was amazed at how Jimin was more mature than him. Or maybe, like what they talked about some weeks before, Jimin learned from him and didn't want the same to happen to him. "You think I am being fast again? I mean, with Namjoon, when we met, I fell for him like how I used to when we were young. I didn't care about anything. All I want was for us to be officially together. Maybe, because of my lack of judgment, he took advantage of it. I'm afraid it will happen between me and Taehyung?"
